Review Centre: Acoustic Bands

"I hired Abi for a private garden party along with other musicians doing separate sets. To say she "blew us away" (sorry just had to get that pun in) was an understatement!! Though hired as background music, those of us that know a thing or two about music and the many jazz lovers, stopped what we were doing to listen intently. She has absolutely no idea what a talent she has. Modest, but utterly passionate about her music, she is spectacular. She can and did improvise and jam with other musicians that she has never met, she did a very impressive duet with one of our special jazz guitarists which was wonderful. How and why a well known band has not snapped her up I'll never know! (Now I've said that it will probably happen and we won't be able to get her back!!!) Her repertoire has everything a music lover could wish for. With her long blonde hair, willowy figure and stunning good looks, bending with her instrument "lost in the moment" wearing a sexy but utterly chic white dress, she looked superb and how could anyone fail to be seriously impressed! Totally professional, she checks beforehand on the sets, has good contact and is very prompt on arrival. Just an amazing girl who will go far and I would advise anyone to book her now as I feel her Star Quality will take her far beyond private garden parties! Thank you Abi for making our evening such a success."

"The vibe and atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for, they are brilliant performers and lots of our guests have told us how much they enjoyed it. We know some of the timings ended up changing and the guys were really flexible which made our night so much easier, and even though we had a hiccup with accessing our playlists they took our requests for the last songs which was really great to choose in the moment what we wanted. We loved it and are very happy we chose the band - and have recommended them to a friend of a friend :)"

"I was excited when I met Joe and Dora on the Princess Crown Cruise in November. I was with two other couples for the special entertainment a few times in the Bar Lounge on the ship. It was a lot of fun listening to your music and dancing. I would like to let you know what happened a funny story when I first met them. As my friends were getting their formal pictures taken just before me in line, I suddenly decided that as I was single at this cruise, I would ask have my formal portrait with a dashing man standing behind me in line. I wanted to get a picture with a handsome young man to make my Single lady friends jealous at home. Wow! What a surprise when he said “ Great, but how would you like Adorra with you . Thank you so much for taking your picture with me. I was grateful for your generosity and kindness. The cruise was so memorable for me because of all of you. Thank you again."

"From booking Phil was so responsive to queries and reassuring at every stage. He accommodated requests happily and was so lovely at the event. "Our guests ranged in age from 18 to 90 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their music. They have a fabulous range of songs which kept our guests entertained. They are extremely professional and very easy to deal with. Our guests raved about them and we would thoroughly recommend them. "​We booked Juniper for a Burns Night Event at our restaurant. Juniper were so easy going and provided exactly what we wanted & more! The back ground music as diners arrived was perfect and created a great atmosphere. The second set was amazing and got everyone on their feet to finish off a superb evening. "The Chiltern Hillbillies - what a lovely group of gentlemen. They came and performed at an event at the Epilepsy Society last week and people are still talking about how great they were! They were friendly, talented and so generous to perform for over two hours to our residents. My feet are still recovering from all the dancing!"
