"In the world today you are never quite sure what you’ll get: Rest assured that with Kara Strings, you’ll have made the right decision! Such heavenly music with musicians that are equally and truly out of this world. You will not be disappointed and like us, wished it could have never ended. The musicians themselves(?) … as lovely and wonderful as the music! You feel like you’ve been friends with them forever and they will be! We can’t wait to see them again!"

"Kirsty was fantastic, we have a great chat in the lead up to discuss all the wishes and wants from our music choices and she absolutely smashed it! She went over and beyond always getting our guests dancing and never letting it die down, and even pre-warned us when we are close to the end so we could really get into those last few songs. Could not recommend her more highly, she made our evening absolutely perfect. "

"Really happy with Emi's services at our wedding. She sang at our wedding ceremony in the Lake District in July 2026. Then of the same week she sang at our house whilst we were warming up for our evening do, then she came to our evening wedding party at Craiglands Hotel, Ilkley, to entertain our evening guests before the DJ began! Really fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed every song. xx"

"I just wanted to thank you for playing such an awesome set on our wedding day back on August 19th. Your beautiful yet fun arrangements of 90s songs were exactly what we wanted, and I loved dancing the night away to you guys! "Just the three of you" and "Shake it sh shake it"! Your harmonies were wonderful and so many people commented on just how fab you sounded..especially my guests from the NSG Performing Arts team...we loved you! We both really enjoyed the whole event and our guests all commented on how good Primed were, you catered for all music tastes across the wide range of ages we had attending our Silver wedding anniversary celebration. You got everyone up ‘rock and rolling’ and your set up and breakdown was done efficiently and we hope you all enjoyed the night as much as we all did. "We first met Alfie when we were on our way back from the church to our wedding reception … We saw a man suited up and wearing a hat running past our horse and carriage .. calling out to us that he thought his band were playing at our wedding but that they were lost (due to the sign of the manor house not being visible)….. they followed us the rest of the way! Fab band, fab guys … All our guests loved them .. great music and really friendly .. we would highly recommend the Hot Hats without a second thought! Really down to earth and lovely people .. perfect for our intimate wedding reception. Another big thank you from us both."
