"I just wanted to drop you a quick email, now we’re back down to earth, regarding our wedding on New Year’s Eve at the Langrish House Hotel in Petersfield. We have received lots of comments from guests who thoroughly enjoyed your music and said that it was perfect for the occasion and got everyone up and dancing. "I have been to a number of events and fundraising nights with The Shakesters and have always had a fantastic night. Therefore, when we started to arrange a fundraising night for our school it was an easy choice. That was in 2015, and last Friday we had our second annual fundraising evening with The Shakesters. What a brilliant night, the band are fantastic. Friendly, fun, professional and absolutely brilliant at what they do best. Yep, getting lots and lots of people up on the dancefloor all night and giving everyone a brilliant night. The songs were all real crowd pleasers and the band helped to create such a great atmosphere. I cannot recommend them highly enough and we are arranging next years event already!! Very much looking forward to having The Shakesters there to rock the night away. So, many thanks!"

"I'd heard really good things about South West Band and I was not disappointed. I hired the band for my wedding in July in Beverley. They were so organised, punctual and really friendly. They played so well and got everyone up on the dance floor. The main comment from all the guests at the end of the night was how great the band had been. Would 10/10 recommend, thank you so much!"

"Nev’n’Russ played last night at our village barbecue and kept us entertained with some lively music which was pleasing to all age groups. They have previously played in our small Village Room and toned it down to suit the venue, and have ramped it up for the garden of our local pub. Would thoroughly recommend "

"Dear Juel, I just had to write and say the most massive thank you to you and the rest of the fabulous band for making our perfect Wedding even more perfect. You all really did make our night with your amazing performance and everything about you all from your appearance to the fab songs you chose to get our party rocking was A1! everyone of all ages was commenting how great you all were. Thank you so much….we will be tracking you down now so we can see you all again!!! I couldn’t not mention your son Alex as well who played as our guests arrived with his amazing performance on the saxophone..and what a voice he has as well. "From the first contact, Jake filled us with confidence that it was going to be a great event. His communications prior to the night were professional and allowed us to personalise the type of evening we wanted to create. The band arrived promptly and set up with a playlist in the background suiting our preferred genre. They were helpful in changing the timings on the night to accommodate the mood of the party. The music itself was fantastic; they're a talented bunch of musicians! And they have the ability to modify the playlist, depending on their audience. Lots of our guests commented on how good the band were. All in all, value for money. And we have total confidence in recommending them. A huge 'thank you' to Jake and all the band members for helping to make our wedding party a night to remember."

"Fraser and the Cheers played at our summer camping festival for about 300 people. They were absolutely excellent - within moments of starting up, the whole place was dancing! These guys are great - fantastic vibe, great level of musicianship. I'd book them again tomorrow!"

"Superb entertainment and great sound. I will never forget your gig at the Red Lion, Stubbington, on the day I was released from six weeks in hospital. Sang my heart out to all those well known songs, a great night. Thanks."
