"It’s not every day you are 50, so having a chance to celebrate with friends & family you want a night to remember and the choice of band is a big part of the event. Having found Firefly on this site, I hoped the choice was a good one, and having heard how good even their sound check was, I knew straight away it was. The band were amazing with a great mix of music to keep us dancing all night, I would highly recommend them to anyone, and the saxophone makes it extra special. Good luck to Suzy & the band , and hope to hire you again in the future. "

"We booked Motown Memories to perform at our wedding reception and they were absolutely brilliant! We made our booking during the first lockdown so we weren't able to see them perform in person before booking but our decision was made easy by the live performance videos they have on the website! They absolutely nailed our first dance song 'Marry you - Bruno Mars' and were great at getting the crowd going - the dance floor was never empty! They have a brilliant repertoire that suits all age groups and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a band. Thanks Motown Memories!!"

"You guys were amazing. Thank you for learning our first dance, you did a beautiful job and had me in tears all the way through. I can't tell you how amazing Maria's voice is, you have to hear it for yourself. The demos don't do you justice. The interaction between the duo was great and their energy rubbed off onto our guests who all commented on how brilliant they were. "

"Just wanted to give a big thank you for playing at my wedding in July 2023. For anyone considering booking Urban Myth, here are the best things about them. Firstly, they sound amazing and even learned my first dance song, which I’ll never forget. From the very start, they gave me all the information I needed and talked me through what usually works best in terms of timings etc. They came early to set up the bulk of their equipment to minimise disruption as our whole day took place in the same room. We also took advantage of a daytime acoustic set which was lovely. The main performance again, wow. Everybody was up dancing, and the night really was the best ever. Thank you so much to all of you for making my day extra special."

"Eccentric Pony were absolutely awesome at our wedding! They kept the dancefloor on fire all night and judged the crowd really well whilst also taking into account our preferences that we'd discussed before the day. To be honest the videos don't do them justice! Jimmy's communication was brilliant from our first enquiry to the night itself. We had loads of comments from our guests about how great they were-can't recommend them enough, thanks guys! Bids and Joy x"

"With Groove Primitive you can tell that they are dedicated from the first bar, but they also are fun, with a sense of humour. The funk is tight and the rockier songs have soul. Shay’s vocals are strong and she’s backed by some great players. I’ve seen them in bars and clubs, but could imagine them on a journey to filling much bigger venues in the future. Highly Recommended 5 stars – for entertainment and musical virtuosity. "

"Huge thank you to the Emeralds who played at our wedding in May this year. They were wonderful, all our guests really enjoyed the music, they were the perfect background to the events on the day. "River Rhythms were excellent in all respects. The sound quality was great and the songs they played were ideal for our members. They produced a very energetic performance and the lead singer was superb at engaging with the audience which produced a very positive response with the dance floor full for the whole 2 hours that they played. As Captain of the club I was very proud of the quality of the whole event and River Rhythms were the catalyst for what was one of the most enjoyable evenings I have experienced at our club"

"We had The Pedal Tones play our wedding back in May and I couldn’t have wished for a better band. It took us a while to find a band we liked but I was drawn to The Pedal Tones not only because they’re music was fab but they seemed like lovely guys - which they definitely were! Before the day they were really supportive and helped us on the day with playlists etc for when they weren’t playing, which I was so grateful for. Everyone was on the dance floor all night - straight after our first dance until their last song and so many people commented on how amazing the band were and how much of a great night they’d had which meant the world to us. They created a lively & fun vibe which is exactly what we wanted for our big day! 100% recommend them! Thanks so much Xx"
