"Thank you so much to Ceilidh With Us for all the band did for our wedding, we absolutely loved the ceilidh - it was so much fun and we are 100% satisfied! 😃 The caller was fantastic and explained everything very clearly. The music was really fun and it was helpful when songs got gradually faster; the speed was perfect. The band also managed the number of people well, as there were a lot of people for the space. The communication with the band has been absolutely fantastic as well in terms of meetings, arranging things behind the scenes, and coordinating with the venue. We ended up leaving a bit early simply because we were absolutely exhausted by that point, and the band were wonderful and accommodating in terms of changing the order of songs, so thank you for that - it was a shame we couldn’t stay right until the end!"

"I just wanted to express our thanks for playing at our wedding reception on Friday. We loved the mix of traditional ceilidh and ceilidh covers you played, as well as the 80s music. Thanks too for joining in with our guests and taking time to speak to the children - it was much appreciated and made everyone feel part of the evening. "Dearest Samuel and the whole of the choir, Allan and I were so sorry not to say goodbye to you properly after the service - with all the photos being taken it was all a bit overwhelming! We honestly can't thank you enough or tell you how amazing we thought you were. You made the service so unbelievably special and put the biggest smiles on Allan and my faces when we were standing there at the alter. Everyone during the reception came up to us and were just raving about you and how much they enjoyed the service (even non Christians!!). You were a true blessing - thank you for making our wedding day so special and really, the best day of our lives! God bless."

"The Laurels were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish - polite, efficient and professional. Many of our guests commented on how great they were and what a beautiful voice Lucy has. All in all, I had no desire or budget for live music but we are so happy that we discovered and booked them, they made our drinks reception complete! "

"Simone and Jack, who played Guitar, were just outstanding. The music Simone chose to sing was absolutely fantastic and perfect for the mood of our party. By the time she finished we were dancing the night away! Simone has a strong and beautiful voice and she made our gathering into a party. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to family and friends and hope we have another opportunity in the near future, to hear her sing again."
