"What an amazing band! I’ve heard bands which are great at the Scottish ceilidh stuff but not very good at any other styles. I’ve heard bands which are great at pop/rock/country/indie covers but couldn’t play a ceilidh dance to save their lives. You guys are amazing! You can play all the Scottish ceilidh stuff AND make it rocky AND play all these other styles from pop to rock to country to whatever! Amazing! "

"We had a great night with Uptown Groove on Saturday night. The band turned up at the time when they said they would, did their checks and were ready to go when we were. They were flexible to work their set times around the football match that was finishing (England) and that was really appreciated - everyone was happy! The music they played was very varied and from the start it got people up dancing. A great evening was had by all. "

"I just wanted to drop you a quick line to say how fantastic the band were at our wedding at Christmas. They 'read the room' perfectly, and delivered an excellent performance that created a great atmosphere and got the room dancing! Their unique style of delivering well known songs with a gypsy / folk twist was really well received as they didn't try to replicate the song exactly- making them less of a cover band which was just what we wanted. They were also super easy to work with and really relaxed on the day. The fact they also learnt a new song for our first dance was really special! I would not hesitate to recommend them! "

"We had booked the Mustangs for our wedding on the 10th March 2018 and what can we say... well they were amazing from start to finish. We had over a hundred guests at the wedding and everyone commented on how amazing they were. So many people were up dancing! The only regret we have is that we weren't able to dance more! Big thank you from Mat and Sarah you guys, you helped to make our wedding so special."

"One of our favourite things to do is dance, and so we knew we had to book just the right band for our wedding, that’d have everyone up on the dancefloor all night! And we certainly chose right! "What a pleasant surprise,went to a local country pub for a couple of drinks one evening not knowing Martin and Roy were setting up for a re launch for the pub.Very professional looking hi tech set up produced an amazing sound and they ran through their material,everyone a winner.The place was rocking within minutes and this continued throughout the set. I was amazed when i found Martin and Roy do their own backing tracks and vocals as well as playing live on guitars. A top evening,would definitely book these for a function,party etc. Nice to know live music is still alive and kicking."
