"I just wanted to write to thank you for the amazing music yourself and the band played on Saturday for our wedding. I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve had on how great you were. I’m sorry about the slight delay to starting (I promise that wasn’t all our fault - there were a few delays from the venue side ?), but we were just so grateful for the incredible atmosphere you and the band gave to the evening reception. The dance floor was packed the whole time and we’re just so thankful! You’re all super talented and thanks for being so great with all the communication leading up to the wedding. "Definitely the best band we've ever heard play at a wedding! Can we say that about our own reception?! I think so! Fresh Grooves were so SO good, they totally blew us away and our family and friends were loving it too. Great songs and really good performers. We would definitely recommend them!"

"We had booked these guys after seeing them play at a wedding. What amazing people!!! We had booked them for 1 acoustic set, however due to the fact our DJ had not turned up they immediately came to the rescue. Without any hesitation they had left to go and get their leads and lights to finish off our wedding with a bang. Truly gifted musicians and wonderful people. Xx"

"Played almost without a break from 2012 until 2013. Well, O.K., it was just for a few hours at my New Year's Eve party! Wish it had gone on for a year - we had such a great time. Roll on 2014!!"

"These guys are really tight and well rehearsed as a band. Individually they all put in great performances too. As you can tell we were really pleased we chose them. We had lots of comments from our guests asking where we found the band and had sore feet from dancing at the end of the night. If you like soul and soulful music, this is the band you want."

"I'm so impressed with Glo! We had a mini 'festival' for my 40th birthday, with some friends' bands playing, and then Glo as the 'headliner'. They were friendly and professional, and flexible with timings and set lengths (since timings didn't go to plan!). They made great song choices that everyone enjoyed, including some really interesting medleys and smooth transitions between songs. And they are very skilled and sound great! I can't recommend them highly enough :)"

"Detroit Deluxe were everything we hoped for. Communication before the event was good and they were very accommodating to our preferences for music and little changes to the schedule. They learnt our 1st dance and did a brilliant take on it. Their performance on the night was great and really topped off the best day for us. The guests loved them and they kept everyone dancing. They even let one of my friends sing a song with them! "
