"We had seen this band before booking them for our wedding, so we had the highest expectations of them and somehow they still managed to surpass them! An absolutely perfect choice for our special day. Do not underestimate the impact of a good ceilidh band for a wedding or other party function as it breaks the ice amongst all the guests and never fails to get everyone up dancing, whether sober or not-so-sober! We only married yesterday and already have guests messaging us requesting The Blue Jewel's details!"

"We saw this dynamic duo perform at a summer wedding and we were so wowed by their energy and talent that we booked them for our anniversary/birthday celebrations. Soul Messengers delivered a 2-hour set of classic songs with such fun, panache and sentimentality; we were dancing, singing and taking a trip down memory lane with the songs that marked the decades and our milestones. Azu's vocal range is amazing and Filippo is a master blaster on his guitar! They are polite, affable, very easy to communicate with and they truly put heart and soul into their fantabulous performances. Book this thrilling class act for your event if you enjoy their genre of songs. This accomplished duo will effortlessly jazz up celebrations in a cosy private setting or pull in the crowd for a big event. Whichever it is, they are guaranteed to make forever memories for you & your guests. We know because we've enjoyed their spectacular performances twice! "We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better band for our wedding! From start to finish, they were absolutely phenomenal. The singer’s voice was incredible -we had so many guests come up to us saying the same thing: “They’re way too talented to be playing at a wedding!” They brought such a fun, vibrant energy to the evening, engaging with the crowd effortlessly and getting everyone on the dance floor right from the first song. They nailed the vibe, the setlist was perfect, and their presence made the night feel even more special. We’d book them again in a heartbeat if we had the excuse-but fingers crossed this is our one and only wedding! Huge thanks to the whole band for making it unforgettable."

"Hello! I realised we never said THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! You lot absolutely 100% nailed it! We are both so so happy with the glorious soundtrack you provided for our party. The music was amazing, and the energy you all brought was incredible. We knew it was going to be good, but had no idea it would be that good! "Thank you so much Maria and the band for playing at my wife Beth’s 30th birthday in Leeds on Friday. Many of the guests have been asking after you since then and many were much later home on the night than they planned as they were too busy dancing! The choice of songs, the quality of the playing and vocal - it was all excellent, perfect for the party and made the night that much more special. You were also very friendly and helpful before and after the party and great to have around on the night.  Thank you!"

"Recently hired Lilac and Barn with Us for our country themed wedding - they were amazing. Lilac’s attention to detail in compiling the set list and incorporating some of our chosen songs was great and she communicated with us throughout the whole process. On the night they set themselves up without disturbing us and the set, lights and sound were good quality. They were very helpful in playing our own playlists in between. Lilac’s voice is fantastic and many guests commented on how good she was. The line dancing was great fun and had all our guests up and joining in. They helped make our wedding a day to remember "
