They were extremely organised and personable both in advance of and on the day, and most importantly brought the party to our wedding! Everyone was asking where we found Straight Up. Literally everyone came up to me and told me how awesome you were so thank you very very much! You made my husbands 40th very memorable! I’ve been to many parties recently where the live music has cost 2 or 3 times what you charge and were just nowhere near as good as you guys. "Just a few words to say how much everyone enjoyed your band's playing at Gillian and Jeremy's wedding on Saturday evening. Your calling of the dances was excellent and you succeeded in getting lots of folk on to the dance floor. Many had never been to a ceilidh before, but you made it so easy for them to understand the steps. It was a super evening from start to finish and much fun was had by all. Several guests were singing your praises. Thank you all very much indeed for your lively contribution to the wedding reception."

"Dear Jess, Thank you from me and Mat!!! You and your band have been absolutely fantastic - we really enjoyed having you sing and play so beautifully and for being so flexible with timing. EVERYONE loved you and the band - they all said you have the most fabulous/ stunning voice and presence. The "EVERYONE" includes all the chefs (they were boogying whilst getting the meal out), the floor staff, and my neighbours who were still working in the garden and didn't quite make over to dinner. Thank you also for singing the 2 songs I requested - my brother (the one who led the speeches) was very touched as they were for him and thought you sang them beautifully! We will certainly be in touch again when we entertain with live music again! With very best wishes to you and all your band members Yvonne & Mat"

"Without a doubt a must have for your wedding or Party! The spectrum never fail to amaze us at how brilliant their music is, having played at my mums 50th, sisters 21st and our Wedding in June they still surprise us each time with how fab they are !And now all booked up for my sisters wedding . Really lovely down to earth guys who are so approachable with any request and we loved their version of our first dance by Paolo Nutini. Guaranteed to get the party started and the dance floor full thank you guys you finished off our day perfectly . Looking forward to Decembers dancing. X"

"The Spinettes were booked by the residents at Harleston House for a musical event that they had planned for Dementia Awareness Week. The girls were very warm and friendly with their performance but remained professional performers throughout. The music and the selection of songs for our client group was spot on, its not easy to keep people with Dementia engaged but they managed very well. It was lovely that when they finished their show the girls took the time in going round chatting to the residents and their relatives this was a lovely thing to do. The residents are still talking about it and they all said what a lovely time they had together. I have been requested to book them again and I have no problem with recommending this group and their manager for any event that requires this style of entertainment."

"What a performance! We are so pleased that we chose your services for our wedding reception. Entourage are by far the best live party band we have seen. They were amazing! From learning our first dance song and singing it beautifully, to performing Mr Brightside twice (it’s one of my favourites), and then allowing Molly to perform ‘Valerie’ with the band, the evening was perfect.
