"Chris and Kim of The Sunset Duo brought some incredible music and energy to our pub’s community night! Playing music from across the decades and a little something for everyone, there wasn’t a single person in attendance who didn’t enjoy both sets. In fact, when they took a break, I had several people asking me when they were going to start playing again! There wasn’t much room for dancing, as the pub was very full, but it was clear from the bouncing heads and swaying bodies, that people felt compelled to. The duo effortlessly connected with their audience and kept the energy up throughout the evening. I’m looking forward to having them perform in the pub again soon, as I know they will deliver the same level of fun and professionalism to each performance. "We had the pleasure of having Back2Skool Duo play for our party to celebrate our wedding anniversary/birthday. Good mixture of music which got us dancing even had a special request granted with a rendition of 'Take On Me' by A-ha. Thank you Back2Skool Duo, can't wait for our next party!"

"Had Blu Country for our wedding band and they took care of music for the whole day, from ceremony right up to the end of the night and it was perfect. "Amazing! What can I say! Charlotte and Dan entertained us at our wedding with their all day package which was worth every penny and more. Such an amazing talent but above all lovely people who really fitted in with our day and made the whole thing special from the walk down the aisle to the late night party. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a wedding duo. I have had so many complements from guests as well .Thank you so much x"

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. Morag, once again, many thanks for helping to make Gill and Jamie’s wedding such a huge success. Best wishes for the continuing success of Scotland Strings and the enjoyment that goes with it."

"I booked Kellys Heroes to play at my 60th birthday party. You were amazing and everyone loved you. Everybody there was talking about how good you were, and they are still talking about it, even now. You were the main feature of the party which people remember! Of course, your excellent local reputation preceded you and that took some living up to - you did so admirably. I was worried that, with such a diverse group of guests, there would be awkward silences but Tony did a sterling job at getting people up on the dance floor and, once they started, they couldn’t stop. Quite a few of my friends commented that they forgot we were all hitting 60 and were dancing like young ‘uns. It says much for your music, though, that the real young ‘uns also joined in and it was a treat to see that younger Irish generation (because about 2/3 of the party were Irish) showing off their traditional dance skills to your music. Your song and tune selection was really excellent. Just the right balance, and lovely to have some songs which were favourites (Billy was completely made up with Carrickfergus) and others which were original compositions. Of course, the standard was – well – absolutely professional. It must be great to have such universal appeal. I can honestly say that your music hit the mark with both young and old; English and Irish – and even the small Greek contingent got up and learned a few dance moves! Your CD is being well-played on Corfu and in Athens now! I noticed a good few of the staff from the bar downstairs snuck in for a sneaky look too. You really made the evening for me and do, please, feel free to use this if you need a testimonial. Looking forward to seeing you soon at one of your gigs. With my very best wishes and thanks again. "Brian played with his trio and played an amazing set at our wedding. He learned our first dance which was beautiful and also played a solo acoustic set at the reception and it was just what we needed. Such a great day!! "
