"We host a diverse calendar of events in our cellars but when Alfonsina Strings play, there is always an extra special atmosphere. The band are a pleasure to work with and provide the perfect music to entertain a variety of guests. Whether they are the centre of attention for our music and wine evenings or adding to the ambience of our wine festivals, they elevate the event to another level."

"I saw The Dapper Dynamos at The Alhambra on Saturday afternoon. Absolutely brilliant! So, very disappointed not to be able to see you yesterday. The Skiddaw was chockablock, with a huge queue waiting to get in too! Hope you’ll be back next year."

"Andy and John performed at my venue 5-6 times last year, always a crowd pleaser and customers are always asking when they are coming back. Behind the scenes they are helpful, professional and nothing I ask is too much for them. Always punctual, always happy to play on for a little bit if the crowd are appreciating it (nothing worse than entertainers who are clock watching and don't seem to want to be there). They are Great at interacting with the audience and always vary their sets to suit the audience (plus happy to accommodate requests within reason) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy and John for all occasions"

"Absolutely breathtaking! Just couldn't stop saying 'wow'! So professional with a quirky twist. The music was extremely engaging right from the start and the dancing got everyone up on their feet. "I just wanted to send a BIG thank you to you and the band for all of your amazing efforts on Friday!!! The guests were honestly so blown away with the party and we’ve already had so many ‘thank you’ s’ today, all expressing how amazed they were with it all and how much they loved you guys. Here is just a few of the comments we have received so far… The band were just the icing on top of the cake! They were amazing! I loved how they weren’t on a stage, and really involved the audience. Please can you send me the name of them so I have hit in my mind to recommend. The band were brilliant and I loved how they played such a wide range of music to suit everyone. It has to be the best event I have been to with regards to the theme running through the whole evening and the attention to detail was fantastic. We enjoyed it all, from the venue, the superb food, brilliant band and of course great hosts! Amy and I wanted to thank you all for a truly magical, enchanting evening last night – we had a fantastic time ! We especially loved your tree people and the band – they were amazing. It is so lovely working with you all, we all really appreciate your amazing work and the relationship we have."

"After the singer / acoustic guitar player dropped out on the morning of my friend’s wedding, I made an enquiry with Alan who responded within minutes! They were able to arrange a cover of the specific song my friend wanted to walk down the aisle to during the course of the morning(!), turned up on time, and performed beautifully during the ceremony and the drinks reception at Oxleaze barn. Super professional, friendly and high-quality performers who quite frankly performed a miracle - thank you! "
