"I was struggling to find a string quartet for our wedding in Oxfordshire that were in budget and played the style of music that we wanted. I was relieved when Liz from the 440 Quartet got back to me to say they were available and were happy to travel from Birmingham to Oxfordshire to play at our wedding. Liz went above and beyond to help us get our playlist just right learning new songs that they didn’t have in their repertoire. They played every song to perfection on the day and everyone really enjoyed listening to them throughout the ceremony and drinks reception. The mix of songs they played around our playlist worked perfectly. Thank you Liz for being so helpful and accommodating, we really appreciate it as it took so much stress out of the process for us. I cannot recommend The 440 String Quartet highly enough for any wedding or event. "

"We were lucky enough to have Astri Strings play at our village summer music festival accompanying a wonderful classical singer. Their session was just beautiful with many classic pieces thrilling the audience. Jude and Vicki were a delight to work with, very professional and so very talented they brought a touch of class to a day of mixed genre and sunshine. Jude returned to join our midnight rock band finale with her stunningly haunting cello. An absolute joy to have Astri Strings at our event. June 2022"

"Dear Anne, Thank you all for you efforts throughout the day! Many people commented on how superb the quartet was. It was such a special element to the day. We are so so pleased with the performances, song choices and effortless ease in which carried out their role. Despite being a working day for them, we hope they had the opportunity to enjoy some of the food and weather! "A huge thank you to this amazing string trio. Communication throughout the booking process was exceptional. I lost count of appreciative comments on the day. The trio played beautifully and I would most definitely recommend their services. I only wish I was getting married again to hear Canon in D played so wonderfully. Truly professional artists.
