"I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "Mike has been playing with us for a few years now at The Brunch & Cocktail Club in Liverpool, he is always professional and never disappoints. He is a great local talent who is always engaging with the crowd and knows how to play to the room, amazing guitarist and has perfect vocals for a chilled venue! We highly recommend him to everyone! "

"This was their first indoor concert and the first time we've had a Jazz Concert. They were excellent! A lovely bunch of talented young men led by Michael Grant - an excellent clarinet player. From their first number as they walked down the aisle to their final number they had everyone's feet tapping and hands clapping and everyone enjoyed every minute. It was all very light hearted and thoroughly enjoyable night, so much so that we're hoping to have another concert in 2018. Thank you all so much. "

"Professional, fun and excellent musicians. This band is superb in every way! They played a selection of high-energy, swinging tunes which got everyone up and dancing. The lead singer was adept at reading the crowd, sensing what got people moving and tailoring the music accordingly, making a fun night for all involved. I might have to plan another party, just so I can hire them again!"
