Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"This band are amazing! We enquired at relatively short notice due to changes with Covid restrictions, and they had a cancellation on our date - luckily for us!  The whole arranging and booking process was seamless!  On the day we had the vision that the band would come into the venue playing to surprise our guests and they were more than happy to accomodate! It worked perfectly! Guests who were spread out across the venue all came to join us when they heard the band playing and followed them into the marquee. It was exactly as we'd hoped.  The dance floor reflected how they were too! The set list was great with everyone knowing all the songs and the performance itself flawless! So many guests have commented on how great you all were! Thank you! "

"We booked The Players after seeing them at our friend's wedding last year. Really lovely people, great musicians, great voice! All the guests thoroughly enjoyed the band. Good mix of music for all ages but without all the typical cheesy wedding songs (which was a must for us!) They did a fantastic version of 'just like heaven' by The Cure for our first dance - we loved it! Thanks for helping to make our day so special x"

"Impressed with communication from initial contact through to day of the event. Wide an varied music selection of which we had a choice of selecting. Worked well with my schedule for my party and were agreeable to my plans but most importantly they played and sang some great songs and got the party going with a great atmosphere. Would absolutely recommend them and would use them again. Book them ! You will not be disappointed"

"My husband and I saw South West Band a few years ago at a friends wedding. We didn’t know anyone at the wedding, but we stayed on the dance floor all night , if it wasn’t for SWB, we’d have gone home! So when we got engaged we’re organising our wedding, we couldn’t think of a better reason to choose anyone else. Fast forward 2 years and SWB played at our wedding, the comments we have had from friends saying how they are the best band they’ve seen, and how much of a good party it was - it was a night to remember and we can’t thank them enough for being apart of it. So THANK YOU again, would 100% recommend you won’t be disappointed! Mr & Mrs Stones 🤟🏼"

"The perfect gig on a perfect day. Chris and Brad were fantastic at our wedding last week. Lively as ever and kept all our guests on the dance floor for hours. They were accommodating and easy going but still very professional. So many guests commented on how brilliant the band were. Recommended by a friend and so pleased we looked them up. "Throughout the night, a local jazz pianist Elliot treated us to a variety of classics that added to the ever growing ’20s feel. Our scenario felt like something out of a movie, and Elliott made my guest and I feel like the only two people in the room – especially when he sang ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ to me. Swoon."
