"In December 2013 we went to see local band Licksquid at the Poet and Castle in Codnor,Derbyshire. We had previously seen them on just a couple of occasions and had really enjoyed their performance. During this evening I enquired if they were available to play at our daughters 21st birthday party in September 2014. Luckily they were available and I booked Licksquid that same evening. During the months which followed, my hubby and myself watched the band at various venues and loved every minute of each performance. We genuinely felt that each time was even better than the previous ones and we were really pleased we had them booked in for Chloe's party. When the date finally came around they went down a storm. They filled the dancefloor and created an amazing atmosphere with their fabulous playlist which covers a fair few decades. One thing that really shone through for me was their lovely banter with each other. It made the evening and our friends and family had a brilliant time. All three of them created an atmosphere which I can only describe as buzzing. It all went without a hitch. Well done lads. You are all a credit to yourselves and each other. We will always remember Chloe's 21st with fondness."

"Just returned from our honeymoon and wanted to say a massive thank you for the fantastic music you and your band provided on our wedding day, you were all simply brilliant!!! Everyone has been talking about it for the past three weeks and for us it simply was the icing on the cake, what a way to finish a wedding!! I am now trying to find any excuse to book you again as i want another party, and don't be surprised if you get new enquiries from people at the wedding as i have had to pass on your details to a few. Huge thanks to the band and keep on playing because your act is faultless. From a very happy customer, thank you!!!"

"Just wanted to pass on my thanks to you and Chateaux Swing for their performance yesterday. It was just exactly the best of what I was hoping for when I booked you, they were absolutely brilliant, perfect for the event, and my dad (who’s not been well) loved it. I couldn’t work out how you were going to do a bossa nova with the instruments you had, but I hadn’t factored in the multi talents of your bassist! And I shall never again listen to J’attendrai without thinking of English cats…. I can’t give you anything but love was a particular highlight for me (though actually also come to think of it, Putting on the Ritz and Honeysuckle Rose), but people loved Football’s coming home too; and Sweet Sue went down really well with my mum. It just couldn’t have been better in any way, we were so delighted and they really made the whole day, thank you so much,"

"We booked blue jewel for a 70th birthday party. I cannot recommend them enough. They were professional when setting up, great musicians, motivated everyone to join in. They played 2 good length sets and everyone at the party commented on how good they were. If your looking for a ceilidh band who are professional and will provide a good evenings fun for your special occasion, book blue jewel. Thank you for making our party extra special."

"Funk’N’Soul performed at a wedding celebration held at Maisemore Gloucestershire on 28 August. The two hour set and DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, which was exactly what was wanted!! Awesome night!"

"H&S stepped in at the eleventh hour for our Wedding, after our musician cancelled. They were extremely professional, polite and flexible and were amazing, with very little guidance from myself and made the evening. Throughout the evening, I received positive feedback and praise about the duet and I am sure some of my friends will be contacting them in the future. I would most definitely highly recommend H&S, whom I cannot thank enough for helping to make my wedding special. I will definitely book them again."

"We booked Sarah-Jane and her band at quite short notice for a garden party to celebrate our 5th Anniversary as a business. Sarah-Jane was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was flexible in piecing together a quartet that suited our needs, and the atmosphere created by Sarah-Jane and her fellow musicians on the day was superb. Thank you so much Sarah-Jane for all that you did to make our event a special one for us, and we hope to have the pleasure of working with you again at some stage."

"I can’t praise this band more. I told them way too much last night, but what a phenomenal evening. As a family of musicians picking a band is no easy feat and when I discovered these 18 months ago they were already fully booked. However by some miracle they had a cancellation and booked us in! In my opinion after hours of wedding band hunting south west are the best which was confirmed last night. Don’t waste your time looking around, just pray you can get these booked!"
