"Thank you so much to Steve and the band for a fantastic party. Steve made arrangements at very short notice to help provide a band for our party. The dances were explained very well and all ages and abilities were able to join in with the fun. The band played a special birthday song for the birthday girl which she loved! Even weeks after the party guests are still talking about how great the band was and how much fun the afternoon was. We would highly recommend Blue Jewel!!! "

"Just wanted to drop you a note to thank you for putting on such a good show last Friday. It really made it a very special night for me, much better than having a disco all night. Everyone that spoke to me after the event commented on how good the band was and felt it made more of an occasion of it. I have to say it really was great to see so many people up on the floor at the end of the night enjoying the music. "Ardverikie Ceilidh Band played for our 40th birthday (70 adults + 20 kids). They were brilliant. The caller gave clear instructions and plenty of encouragement and was undaunted by the chaos of a squad of kids. The fiddle playing and guitar were excellent, and the musicians had the judgement to know when to give the crowd a rest and mix in instrumental sets and songs. In short, they put on a great Ceilidh, are absolute professionals and their version of the song “the Queen of Argyle” made my night."

Sorry we haven’t been in touch before now – after we got back from honeymoon things have been manic. You guys were absolutely AMAZING! "We held a charity event to raise money for our local hospice and these guys were amazing from start to finish! The event was a big success because of the great entertainment on the night. She's Electric played such a good range of music to suit everyone in attendance and there wasn't room on the dance floor once they started playing. Everyone loved them! If anyone wants first class entertainment and a down to earth pair don't hesitate to book these guys, you wont be disappointed! Thanks to She's Electric for helping make our event a great night 👌"

" hired the band for a Masonic charity ball and have to say that they were worth every penny that I paid. A good range of music to suit all tastes and managed to keep the dance floor humming for most of the evening culminating with a mass sing along. I would definitely hire them again."

"The Mystery Machine played for my running club Christmas party and were brilliant. They played music which suited a varied range of ages from the clubs' younger runners in their 20's to the more mature runners in their 60's. They provided music throughout the evening, playing 2 live sets as well as background music whilst we ate, all of which were great. The communication with Graeme from start to finish was excellent and he listened to what I wanted for the party and delivered it perfectly. If you are looking for a live band then look no further - The Mystery Machine will make your party a success."
