"Alfie was a real gem at our recent wedding. He gave us the attention and care that was needed in a situation that called for versatility, love and respect. He was in every way an ideal choice with a lovely attitude, just what we needed for an unusual wedding with guests spanning all generations, from 4 years old to 90 years old. There was a kindness and generosity of spirit that you don’t often find. Everyone enjoyed his contribution to the wedding and I would book him again and again."

You pitched the tone, tempo and song choices perfectly throughout and gave our guests (and us) such a perfect soundtrack to the night. I especially appreciate the effort you put into the songs the we requested (our first dance combo and Sunshine On Leith were a huge success!) and that you graciously let the girls take the spotlight for the wedding song performance. "James and the band were brilliant, and we are so glad we booked them for our wedding celebration. James was really helpful in the lead up to the day: getting in touch, making sure we were aligned on the schedule and following up with a clear plan. The band on the day were excellent - they performed a great selection of music played during our canapés, dinner and then dancing. Our guests loved the music, they were all on the dance floor even though we had a relatively small crowd! The band also learned a first dance song for us (Elvis Presley - The Wonder of You) and they performed it perfectly for us on the day! Thanks so much James & the band!"

"We couldn't have been more pleased that we picked The Romantics as our wedding band. Aside from being really talented musicians and incredibly professional in the lead up to the wedding, they were absolutely phenomenal on the day and really got everyone involved. The fact that they moved around was also amazing, as it worked well for a summer's evening when people wanted to be outdoors, as they also got to dance and sing along outside without missing out. I couldn't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a band for an event and so many of our guests are still saying what a great choice they were. We absolutely loved you guys! "

"Our opening nights went smoothly with the great welcoming sounds of Latina Festivale Live Latin Trio. They were professional and really kept that relaxed vibe going through the events. Great band to start the night off if you want something a bit more quirky but still accessible."

"Dave and Rich were an amazing addition to our wedding. They were easy to communicate with from the start and little fuss in setting up. Their set was fantastic, getting the crowd going at all points, and even learning a song to cater to the Bride's side of the family. I would 100% hire them to play at an event again. 10/10 thank you for making our day special. James and Alex."
