"Many reasons to book this band. We went for the full 4 piece band for our wedding and they are musically and vocally very good and can play a wide range of tracks. Carley is also wonderful at communicating to make sure that the live music sets and the DJ segments are just the way you want them. Value wise they seem good too - we had their time and efforts for over 6 hours for the live music and disco. I recommend them to anyone needing a live band for any wedding or social occasion."

The music is a delightful combo of folk-style interpretations of current hits and old favourites that was just perfect for our boho-style forest wedding in a tipi. "We absolutely loved the SW Funk Collective (or Solar Funky Music - not sure what you’re actually called as your website has a different band name to LMM!) at our wedding. Not only did they do all the simple stuff perfectly (i.e. turning up on time and setting up efficiently with minimal invasion) but their performance was also fantastic. A truly cohesive group of talented musicians who not only do the Motown and funk classics of the 70s proud, but also curated a set list based on our preferences and learnt a song not normally in their repertoire because it mean’t something to us. Their performance was energetic and tight, and no effort was spared (including bringing and playing a slide whistle for just one song). I have already recommended them to several friends for their upcoming weddings. "

"Absolutely amazing - would recommend wholeheartedly to anyone! Until we went to the showcase evening put on by Taylormade, we weren't sure on the age-old debate of band vs. DJ. We attended with the prospect of them performing as the Acoustic Duo for our wedding ceremony and reception drinks afterwards. But having met Carley and Matt and listened to them perform as the acoustic duo, then hearing them as the live band, we were convinced that all three (acoustic duo, live band and DJ) was the right way to go - and it was so worth it! We honestly couldn't count the number of people on the day who told us how brilliant they were and how much of a difference it made. To have the different kinds of music through the day with the acoustic duo - and in the evening with the live band, it really felt like a proper gig, and the dance floor remained filled all night long. We can't thank Carley and Matt enough for making our day even more special at Crockwell Farm, and would thoroughly recommend anyone looking for wedding music to get in touch with them!"

"Absolutely fantastic! The Back Beat Buskers were amazing from start to finish . Tom, lead singer and musician and James on lead guitar were fabulous musicians who entertained our party all night. The band was a surprise for our son who was absolutely delighted with them . Our guests loved the set list which was spot on for the age range and which suited all music tastes . Tom and James were professional, talented, friendly and eager to please the crowd . I would not hesitate in booking them again in the future and I will be recommending them to my friends and work colleagues . Nothing was too much trouble ! Thank you so much for making our celebration a night to remember! "

"All ages were able to take part" "Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band performed at The Walker Ground in Southgate for a Charity Fundraiser and the night was a great success (Saturday 11th March 2023 Southgate Cricket, Hockey & Squash Rackets Club, 175 Waterfall Road, Southgate, London, N14 7JZ) The caller was fab and engaged with the crowd to get everyone up and dancing. People of all ages were able to take part and were delighted with the live music. There was great communication with Mick before, during and after the event itself. We would highly recommend Wraggle Taggle Ceilidh Band and look forward to having them at events at The Walker Ground in future...."
