Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"Picking a band for your wedding is always nerve wracking, but without a doubt we couldn’t have picked a better group if we’d tried!! The music was spot on, the guys all looked the part (which went down perfectly with our tipi theme) and the dance floor was full! What more could you ask for?! We had the full band and, having not actually heard the demo beforehand, they exceeded our expectations. They also learnt one of the songs from the bride’s Dad’s glam rock days to surprise him which went down a storm! Communication leading up to the day was great and George even took the time out to come and find us on the day to chat in between sets! Don’t think twice! Book these guys, they are a fantastic group and we would have them again in a heartbeat!"

"Many thanks to the guys and girl in Latina Festivale. This was something we have never done before and would really like to do again. We had them play outside in our garden and the vibe was excellent. Many customers said we should do this as a regular thing and the mood was excellent. The lady singer had a beautiful voice and the guys backed her up with super energy. We would love to have the guys back in the future."

"The most interactive and engaging event band I have ever seen perform. Their energy and creativity truly did steal the show on our big day, where they choreographed an off the cuff dance off between myself (the groom) and my younger sister, had a dance and sing-a-long with my new young nieces, and roped the photographer into a rap-skit, as well as packing out the dance floor all night. A night that will live long in our hearts and memories. Thank you Floodlight!"

"We hired the band for our wedding in The Dales . What can I say? They are superb musicians and all round great fellas. They really added something special to our evening entertainment and all our guests young and old loved it. I cannot recommend them highly enough. "We had a fantastic day thanks to the Hot Hats. Their music was watched and enjoyed by everyone attending the wedding. All our guests thought they were brilliant. They were approachable and professional, and many of our guests who had not previously attended a ceilidh highlighted how much they enjoyed the experience, also commenting on how the members of the band were happy to talk and answer questions from guests that approached them. "🎉Absolutely amazing!! We recently booked The Covered for my husbands 40th Birthday party! They were fantastic, from booking them John was so polite and accommodating, he couldn’t do enough to make the night a success! So many friends and family kept complimenting on the fantastic performance you guys put on, the quality of sound was amazing! It was hit after hit after hit! 🎉 It was an outside event, and even though the rain came...they kept the dance floor full, the superb songs kept coming and we danced and sang in the rain! Such a friendly group and I would highly recommend them! 🎉You were awesome!! All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH! Alice x"
