"🎉Absolutely amazing!! We recently booked The Covered for my husbands 40th Birthday party! They were fantastic, from booking them John was so polite and accommodating, he couldn’t do enough to make the night a success! So many friends and family kept complimenting on the fantastic performance you guys put on, the quality of sound was amazing! It was hit after hit after hit! 🎉 It was an outside event, and even though the rain came...they kept the dance floor full, the superb songs kept coming and we danced and sang in the rain! Such a friendly group and I would highly recommend them! 🎉You were awesome!! All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH! Alice x"

"The Weekend Groove played at our wedding at Sopley Mill on 1st October. They were amazing!! The dance floor was permanently full all night! Everyone kept saying how brilliant they were, with comments like 'best wedding band they had ever heard' and 'where did you find these guys, they are so good!' They definitely made the night, and everyone had such a great time. They sang our first dance song, which made it that extra bit special. We loved it! If anyone is thinking of choosing this band, then do it, you won't be disappointed. Best of luck with everything. "

"Peter Duncan's band, Green Street Jazz Trio plays a great mix of jazz standards, funk, blues and contemporary numbers with a cool laid back vibe and plenty of great solos. The interaction between the guitar and bass guitar is particularly strong, and their guests add an engaging extra dimension. "

"Hi Talisha! We had such an amazing day!! Thank you and the rest of the band for being so great. From start to finish it has been a real pleasure dealing with you. You have always been super quick in responding via email and really helped put our minds at ease. After hearing you play live at one of your gigs we knew you were the right band for us and you absolutely delivered on the night itself. You really listened to what we wanted and then went beyond to make it a really special evening. The first dance was so emotional and you sang it perfectly. We were really concerned that no one would dance but you read to mood of the evening really well and helped continue to create a lively atmosphere for everyone right up until the end. We really appreciate you arriving early to do the sound check and we will definitely recommend you to family and friends!"

"When Tom and I got engaged, the first thing my dad did was announce we were having a band and booked LickSquid. My dad had regularly seen them at gigs and could not sing their praises highly enough! He was not wrong!! Initially LickSquid liaised regularly with us leading up to the wedding to ensure that the evening was the way we wanted it. We discussed our first dance choice which they were happy and eager to play! They were also regularly contacted by my dad and stalked I believe at other gigs requesting they learnt a couple of tracks for the wedding, and they did not disappoint! At the wedding they performed amazingly, our first dance song was perfect and myself and my dad were really impressed by the songs they learnt which dad had requested. What makes them such a fantastic band for your wedding is not only do they play incredibly but their engagement with our guests was brilliant. All I can say is that I was on the dance floor all night, and boy did my feet hurt in the morning!! Thank you so much guys for making our wedding rock!!!"
