We were both absolutely delighted with your selection of music, it was described as the 'icing on the cake' by many people, we felt it pulled the whole occasion together and loved it too."

" We hired the Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio for a party, and we could not have been happier with their performance. The band’s admin team reached out prior to the event to make arrangements, and communication was maintained throughout. Set up was quick and efficient in the background of our event, and before we knew it, we were forming lines for our first Ceilidh. It was a mixed group in terms of experience, but Phil delivered clear instructions prior to each dance, and everyone quickly picked it up. The trio are all exceptionally skilled musicians, and the music throughout the dancing was fantastic. We booked two hours of dancing and found that to be the perfect amount of time post-dinner. Black Velvet Band created a fun and lively atmosphere at our event and the Ceilidh dancing was enjoyed by all. We will definitely be in contact with the band for future events and would recommend them to all."

"Party Sounds thoroughly entertained us at our wedding in September. Mark and the other band members read our audience really well and we don't think the dance floor was ever empty!! Highly recommended and we know that they would have picked up some future customers from our wedding guests. Extremely approachable, punctual and down to earth, if we could have our wedding day again they would be there without a doubt!! "I have personally known this band for more years than sometimes I want to remember. (I think about 25!). They have performed many times in all three establishments associated with my long career as a licensee. In addition, I have watched & listened to their music in numerous Castle Rock Pub outlets, in my capacity as director of said company. The band exhibit the kind of professional approach to their audience, no matter how big or small the venue, that would be an example to many other performers I have witnessed over the years. Playing with real passion, skill and flare, they embrace their audience into their world of Celtic music like no other. During their distinguished career, they have built up a seemingly endless repertoire of songs and tunes from their Celtic roots, and therefore every set played to faithful followers tends to be unique! All the members of this great band, both past and present, have become personal friends of mine and long may it continue. I have no hesitation in recommending Kellys Heroes to any establishment or agency."

"Mike and Jon pitched the performance perfectly for the Fleur de Lis Mike and Jon pitched the performance perfectly for the Fleur de Lis Retirement Home’s garden party in Romsey. The American Country songs created just the right atmosphere to establish the Wild West theme. Everyone loved it – they joined in all the songs! Several residents have sent me messages to say how much they enjoyed the event. We were delighted with the performance and thoroughly recommend the band. "

"Sorry it's taken soooooo long to get in touch - we've just got back from our honeymoon. Just reporting in to say a massive big fat thank you to Partydown - Oh My Lord, they were absolutely sensational, everybody and I mean EVERYBODY has said how totally fantastic they were. The boys are brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again, total quality, there was no-one sat down! "

"Mark played at our party in Wiltshire on August bank holiday Sunday afternoon. He was an absolute success. He arrived, he tuned up and he got on with it in an easy going and charming way. Everyone danced, everyone sang and EVERYONE shouted for more. I'd have no problem recommending Mark highly he really did make the party special. We would have him again anytime."
