"We just wanted to make sure to tell you how much we enjoyed Mark's performance on the night and his approach to ourselves and also our family and friends. Mark was extremely welcoming, calming and easy to speak with. He seamlessly slotted into his pre, mid and post sessions and then continued to play great tracks for absolutely as long as he could. That our family and friends were still calling for more was an honest response to their enjoyment,we know because his playing kept us both on the floor dancing perhaps more than mingling as we should! We wish him all the best in the future and we are sure many more couples and parties will be the better for his contribution too."

"Their ability, at short notice, to turn up and turn in a stonking evening of fine music, laced with wit, anecdotes and reminiscences. Recommended to anyone who enjoys fine-trad music played with enthusiasm and enjoyment. "

"We welcomed back Black Velvet Band Irish Trio for St Patrick's Day. They were amazing and really created a great atmosphere for the afternoon with all of our customers singing and joining in. If you want that authentic Irish sound I would definitely recommend this band and will definitely be having them back again! "

"They arrived promptly, set up without any fuss, played two brilliant sets , were very generous with their time and got everyone dancing. Mike called the dances clearly and gave people chance to have a quick practice. Mike encouraged everyone and the dance floor never emptied. The band really helped make the wedding very special. "

"Hi Dermot Just to thank you for your and the band's entertainment gig at our daughters's recent wedding. It was obvious that each band member was a professional both in proficency of instrument and presentation of the music. I was also impressed with the mix of old classical Irish (re O'Carolan) and the more recent lively musical pieces. Indeed, the songs also exhibited this diversity with noted classics and singalong standards. It was assuring when the band arrived with ample time for set-up and ready to play on cue. Thanks again. "Over the years we have seen many musical performers but these two are amazing. They are both extremely talented performers. Kelly has an amazing voice that is really flexible from rock, slow ballads to musicals. Graham is an extremely talented guitarist and as a guitarist myself I would give my right arm to be half as good. They really made our cruise, every night for a month and the material varied every night. I will definitely be in touch. If for nothing else but to thank them. Thank you guys."

"Lilac and team where absolutely excellent. They were very attentive to our needs ahead of the event and were brilliant on the day itself. The roaming mic and lead guitar really added something different - we loved it!"
