"Absolutely fantastic. Would recommend for anybody wanting to make their special day that much more special! Communication from start to finish was brilliant, everything we requested was accommodated, such a simple process and such a professional and talented quartet of musicians. Every guest commented on how brilliant they were and how much it enhanced the day. Modern, classical, personal and played superbly. Couldn’t have ask for better! "Thank you ever so much to Flux Ensemble for playing at our wedding in London yesterday. It was so easy to communicate with Martin, who is so responsive and kind, and helped us make all our dreams for the ceremony come true - by arranging one of our favourite songs and playing it while I walked down the isle. So many of my guests commented on how much they loved the live strings duo, it was truly so incredibly special and I cannot recommend them enough. I am so very grateful to Martin and Laura (they even asked me about the colour scheme so they could match their outfits!! Unbelievable)."

"We employed the services of the string quartet for our intimate Civil Wedding service on the 14th Sept at The George Hotel, Stamford, where they played for the service and after in the garden. Beforehand Kathryn corresponded brilliantly. Their presence and performance helped to make one very special day. Thank you so much."

"Modern Strings did a fantastic job at our wedding. I asked for a string trio. They followed my instructions to the letter and were very cooperative during the event and in the run up to it. They brilliantly played additional pieces of music that were not on their repertoire. They also beautifully played a mixture of classical and popular songs. All guests commented how well they played and what a fantastic idea it was to have a live trio at our wedding. The trio were smiley and extremely friendly and reliable on our wedding day. I would recommend their services to my best of friends and family and would employ their services again should I have another event. Very well done and thank you for making our special day even more special. "

"So grateful to you all for your amazing work and sorry about the last minute changes that you accommodated so gracefully. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with you on, especially us both. We just wished we had more time to listen rather than chatting so much. Even into the evening the wedding guests and other hotel guests were commenting on how lovely it was to listen to you play.
