"Lilac and the band were the perfect choice for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah party. She was a pleasure to work with and was happy to tailor a set to suit our needs. The band learned a number of songs especially for us, which was amazing. They have excellent equipment that ensured they were able to tailor the sound to the space perfectly - not too loud, not too quiet. Lilac and co are great performers and got everyone dancing, including some usually-sulky teenagers. They made our daughter feel special and she had an amazing time. I can't recommend them highly enough."

"Hi guys! I just wanted to say thank you so much for playing our wedding on the 25th May at Murthly. We have had so many people telling us how brilliant you all were. One particular fan is obsessed with the way you mixed some Muse in with some ceilidh expertly..! We had an absolutely brilliant time and you guys are without a doubt the best ceilidh band we've ever danced with! Thanks again and all the best!"

"We hire bands at least 3 times a year for our mess functions.. This band & it's excellent dancers 🤌 will absolutely be getting hired again, really easy going, funny and talented, a band is the make or break for any shindig, they hit the mark perfectly 🤟😎"

"Well what can we say! Whiskey & Ginger were absolutely fantastic arrived on time with equipment set up ready for the evening. They sang lots of different songs from old to new keeping the ears of our guests entertained ready for more. was absolutely amazing such a talented band would love to have thwmat another event. The only down side was that the evening seemed to go to fast but as the saying goes time flys when your having fun. Would so love to see them again in the future absolutely fantastic performance what an amazing band."

"We hired Charlotte for my Mum's 80th birthday party barn dance in Worthing on Saturday. It was a great evening with live music from Charlotte and Richard (fiddle, banjo, accordion). Not everybody got up to dance but you'll always get that. For those that did we had a very entertaining evening with lots of laughter and my Mum loved it."

"The Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band came to an event we ran for our students. They were utterly fantastic! They ensured everyone was included, the caller engaged and instructed the audience, and they are great musicians! We have no hesitations in recommending this group. We will be inviting them back!"

"We booked Iron Broo Ceilidh Band for our wedding in July 2025 and had a fantastic evening with them. The band were highly experienced and helped everyone get involved in the dancing. I would highly recommend them for any Ceilidh event."
