Review Centre: Acoustic Bands

"We booked Midnight Train for the evening party at our wedding and additionally Tom and his partner as an acoustic duo for our ceremony and drinks reception. All aspects were incredible - our ceremony music was so beautiful and helped welcome our guests to the day. The drinks reception music was perfect and really added to the atmosphere. And the evening band were phenomenal - they are such talented singers and musicians and the dance floor was packed all night!! So many people said how amazing they were! They are also exceptionally nice people and were so easy to work with! Thank you to them all for making our wedding so much fun! We could not recommend them highly enough."

"Wow... what a fantastic evening we had at my 65th (didn't really want to admit to that!!!) birthday party at the Avon Gorge Hotel on 19th November 2016. The Hot Hats REALLY made me feel 21 again! The band were so accommodating, arriving early to be set up before guests arrived. They included all my favourite songs either in the playlist or live numbers... a few of the party goers were in bands themselves and had nothing but praise for the musical talents of the Hot Hats. The guests were between the ages of 20 to 70 and everyone was rocking to the music... I cannot praise them enough! At the end of the evening Alfie was dancing with the guests to the final playlist much to everyone's delight...... Absolutely brilliant evening, many many thanks to a FABULOUS band. Alexis & Grant"

"From start to finish, the Rag Tag Misfits were an absolute delight to deal with. They were fast to respond to our emails, super helpful and sweet and learned a very special song for us to play me down the aisle at our wedding. They make a wonderful team, the music is amazing and they are so down to earth and lovely! They played before and during our ceremony and then during our canape reception afterwards. "Groove Time were excellent! In the build up to the event Matt was in touch regularly to make sure everything was going according to plan, and was easily contactable if needed. On the night they adjusted their set list to suit the party theme that we had which was very much appreciated. Once Groove Time started playing the dance floor was full until they finished. Everybody loved them! Brilliant band who contributed so much to make party the success that it was!"

Since then I have booked The BV's a number of times and have come to rely on their high standard of performance and their flexible approach particularly in the different musician line ups they can offer for different performances.
