"We booked It's No' Reel for our wedding at Balbirnie House in June 2015. We decided on them because of how good they sounded on their YouTube clips (their Game of Thrones theme was a real head turner!), the fact they didn't have a piper or an accordion (which we wanted to avoid) and their price. Tom who deals with the bookings was very professional and keen to tailor the evening to our needs. The minimum is a three piece with the option of adding other pieces as you like. We opted for a second violin as we thought the two violins together sounded awesome! The band offer ceilidh for as much of the night as you want, and after that they are happy to hook up their computer to the PA system and play a DJ set. We liked having the option in case our guests weren't feeling the ceilidh. As it was, we were having such a great time that we ceilidh-ed all night! It was an amazing night, made by the quality playing. Let's also not forget the quality calling so all the guests knew what they were doing! We have had so many compliments about the band's playing since the wedding. Thanks so much to you guys. Just great musicians who put the reel into our reception!"

"Wow - what can I say?! After a stressful morning not knowing if the groom was going to make the wedding due to a sudden case of norovirus we were having to change the timings and be as flexible as possible. We were an hour late starting our first dance but the band didn’t complain and just went with it. They are even better live and made our evening celebrations despite my husband not being able to stay up - I partied for the both of us! So many people commented on how good they were and we will certainly be hiring again for our big milestone birthdays! Thank you so much Crimson Sky! "

"We loved having Sarah perform here for our first 'Pride Night' since before Covid! She has a great voice and repertoire of songs to choose from, including the ability to request songs via Instagram message that works brilliantly! IF you're after someone to give a nice relaxed vibe whilst enjoying the moment then she's your gal! Certainly looking to book her in again soon!"

"Black Velvet Band helped make the Souldern Village Ceilidh a great success. Ours was a Village event with all ages and the Band got all ages dancing. They played superbly and brought a caller with a good sense of fun. They provided music to dance to, music to listen to and an entertainment show all in one! On a practical level they were professionally early arriving, leaving the event organiser relaxed and free to have a drink! Greatly appreciated in all regards. Ian Grey"

"We booked Adam for our UK wedding party as we love country music and he did not disappoint. He was professional from the outset and even went out of his way to learn our first dance song and play lots of our favourites. We absolutely loved it and so did our guests! "Wow, what a singer! Lucy was an absolute star, travelling up from London with her guitarist to my party in the Midlands to help me out at short notice, as I was struggling to find an act I liked and was available for my birthday party. What I didn't realise was, not only is she absolutely lovely but she has an amazing voice, great range, a huge variety of songs and she even did me an Elvis number by special request. Her guitarist was a quality act too. I know there are lots of 10/10 ratings on here, but seriously I don't think you could give Lucy any less, if you hire her, she will make your event a special one."

"We've seen Jack perform many times while cruising with Carnival and always looked forward to listening to him sing and play guitar. Jack has a nice repertoire and has absolutely nailed the 60's. We would say his Beatles sets are excellent and the best we've heard anyone perform live. Don't miss this genuine performer....would love to see him again..."
