"Dear Anne, Thank you so much for organising a splendid orchestra for me on Saturday night. Thank you also for your dedication to the music. It is always a pleasure to work with you. You are such an asset to the community! The orchestral players are such a nice bunch of people to work with and it is great to have many of the same players back over and over again. As usual it was a great pleasure to work with you. Thank you for bringing the Cherubini to life for us. The orchestral colour adds so much to what is a rarely performed work and you did it superbly. We were very privileged to have such a talented pianist for the Tchaikovsky Concerto, which I know is also a challenge for the orchestra to play, especially with only an hour and a quarter to rehearse it! - But we did it and the audience were thrilled - the standing ovation was testament to that. As ever it was a pleasure to work with you all. All the best. "

The setting and the weather were of course spectacular, but the quartet's beautiful playing turned the occasion into the most romantic wedding we have ever attended. Your beautiful melodies floated across the gardens and lent a magical element to the scene. "Ebor Quartet played at our wedding last weekend at The Grand Hotel in York. They played for both our ceremony and cocktail hour and were absolutely stunning from start to finish. So many of our guests commented on their performance & our little 2 year old nephew couldn't get enough of them - applauding each time they finished a song! They really added that magical sparkle one wants at a wedding. Ebor were recommended by our venue and I can see why. From the moment we booked them, Conor was helpful and communicative via email, and easily adapted to any requests we had. We decided fairly late on in the planning process to extend cocktail hour out a little longer to ensure myself and my new husband would be able to enjoy time with our guests and Conor quickly assured me they'd be able to stay for the extended time & enabled us to make an extra payment for the added time. They honoured all requests we had when it came to song choices (eg: My Girl for the aisle walk, and we wanted Vivaldi's Spring to open cocktail hour but were otherwise flexible on the order of our chosen songs) They also provided a bit of guidance where relevant - helpful when one doesn't book these sorts of things on a regular basis! Overall - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ebor - if you're thinking about booking them, go for it ✨️ Our guests are still talking about them! 💙"

The range of music they have, the communication, the patience they had with our little one - not to even mention the fact they perfectly played away during our drinks and meal along with the ceremony, I'm so glad we hired them. "We booked Trio Capricco on a whim at a wedding show and it was the perfect decision for our relaxed but traditional wedding. They effortlessly blended in and played beautifully for our guests. Easy to communicate with and very professional. Our guests have all since commented what a wonderful choice of entertainment they were. Our daughter and little flower girls adored the odd version of a Disney song or two they threw in too. One guest even took a business card with them for future events. Simply fantastic."
