"I was looking for a strings musician to play for the moment I proposed to my partner in London just last week. Lucy Gijsbers did the most wonderful cello performance for my engagement at Leadenhall Market, and she was the most communicate and flexible throughout the whole process. The music was beautiful, I was able to select the set list I wanted and she was so accommodating as well with any new songs I proposed!! It was the most beautiful experience having her play the role she did at our engagement (proposal) and I know my finance Amanda and I, as well as our friends and families, will cherish the moment forever. Thank you for making our day so special, Lucy!!"

"We booked Wigornia String Quartet after seeing them at the Wedding Show at Birmingham NEC in 2023 and we knew straight away we had to have them play at our wedding, which we recently celebrated in May this year. We really can’t thank them all enough for the most beautiful ceremony music we could have ever wished for! From walking down the aisle to our drinks reception, they delivered perfection. They brought such class and elegance to our wedding celebration and we had so many lovely compliments about their gorgeous performances from our guests, they really were stunning. "Excellent Ensemble Engaging with the Ebor Quartet was a delight from start to finish. Conor replied promptly to my enquiry and I found their prices very reasonable especially as they played in two venues for our Wedding (church and reception venue). They worked seamlessly with our venues to make the day flow effortlessly. The Quartet played a diverse range of musical genres beautifully. I would highly recommend them!"

"Hope String Quartet played at my wedding ceremony and were absolutely fantastic. They were more than happy to learn a few of my favourite songs that weren’t on their playlist and their communication before the event was always helpful, friendly and professional. On the day, they surpassed our expectations – I’ve had so many guests comment on how beautifully they played and one of my favourite moments of my whole wedding is walking down the aisle whilst they played ‘Halo’ by Beyonce. Now I just need another big event so I have an excuse to book them again! Highly, highly recommended"

"Claire played absolutely beautifully for our ceremony and during our drinks reception, helping create a wonderful atmosphere for our guests. It was the most perfect way to start our day. Also CelloUna’s repertoire includes the Jurassic Park theme tune, which was ideal as we got married under a T-Rex at Manchester Museum. "The Sounds Interesting quartet were extremely professional on the day of my wedding. My guests loved listening to their take on modern music and having them play a 'thousand years' as my bride walked down the isle was something which will stay with me forever. Although myself and my new wife were whisked away for photos during the groups main set, my guests said they played some wonderful music. My only regret is that I didn't get to hear more of it. Anne was also very helpful on the lead up to my wedding day, full of advice for me and very helpful and understanding when I was choosing my music pieces. I would certainly recommend Sound Interesting Quartet to any one looking to add a touch of class to their event. Many thanks Anne, I will recommend you wherever possible in the future. Kev & Nicky"
