"For our school's 60th celebration picnic we wanted live music to create a good atmosphere for both the children and parents. Mark had kids, teachers, mums and dads all singing along and dancing. He is excellent at reading a crowd and adjusting the music to suit the event. He is a great singer and performer and I can really recommend him for any event. Thank you Mark for adding so much to our day. We had loads of complements after and everybody loved him."

"We booked Jamie for our small wedding of 30 initially to break our day/evening up and honestly did not contemplate the effect this would have on our wedding! We really could not have asked for anything more from Jamie! He was fantastic, he really got the crowd going and although we had a small wedding, you wouldn't have known, every single person in the room was up, dancing and singing. It was a complete game changer and every single person at our wedding has mentioned how amazing Jamie was. Given all the restrictions with COVID, it really would have been a completely different wedding, not for the better, had we chosen any other artist or not had one at all and we really cannot thank Jamie enough for the part he played in our day! We would recommend him 1000 times over!"

"What a great duo! Kelly and Graham know how to liven up the crowd. Seamlessly going from tune to tune, genre to genre and favouring the crowds appetite! They were so good, we instantly booked them for 2027!"

"The band were a great edition to our wedding party event. They arrived on time and had no issues setting up independently with minimal direction from us as hosts. They gave good directions in terms of getting us started with a first dance, and set the tone for the two sets they played perfectly – giving great instructions to the mostly complete novice crowd present, with a good dose of humour alongside. Everyone there from small children through to retirees was able to participate. I wouldn’t hesitate to book them again for a future event, or to recommend them to others."

"I booked Black Velvet Ceilidh Trio for my wife’s 50th Birthday barn dance. The booking process and communication was great. On the night, from the off, everyone was up dancing. The instructions were great and they really got us all into the spirit. Lots of comments from our friends about how good they were. Thanks to all for an amazing night of music and dance. Would definitely recommend. "

"We hired Craic With Us for our wedding in August 2019. I cannot recommend this band enough, they are absolutely incredible. Their energy is amazing and had the dance floor full for the entire day and night. We've had so much positive feedback about the band from our wedding guests...which is 100% deserved. "Funk With Us played at our wedding this weekend and they were absolutely FANTASTIC! High energy, super helpful and just a pleasure to work with, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Lilac and Remko both spoke with us in advance to get to know us a little better and find out more about the type of music we were interested in. Lilac gave us a call in the lead up, was available via whatsapp and was just generally super helpful. On the night of our wedding the dance floor was always filled with everyone singing and dancing along and having a really great time! So, so, so pleased we booked Funk With Us, thanks for making our wedding evening so awesome! Thanks Lilac, Remko and the rest of the band!"
