"We booked Party Sounds for our wedding reception and they were absolutely fantastic! The boys played a brilliant mix of music which had people of all ages up and dancing which made for a great party. The band learnt a new song for our first dance which meant a lot to us and they put their own great spin on it. Fantastic time had by all and just a really lovely bunch of guys! "We booked the The Mighty Craic for my sisters wedding after seeing them perform at Cheltenham Races where they had a huge crowd going wild! They had the same desired effect at the wedding where everyone loved them, their music appealing to young and old with a varied repertoire of Irish music and hits and crowd pleasers from Elvis to Oasis. They were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with - I would not hesitate to recommend them."

"We loved having Jamie play at our wedding reception - it was a very last minute booking due to Covid meaning some of our plans had to change, so we were lucky to get him and he was very accommodating and gracious. He has an amazing voice, excellent repertoire of songs and brought good vibes all round. He even stayed chilled when some of our over enthusiastic guests took the mic to sing their own songs (which must be quite annoying for musicians but he handled it really well and the night went off without a glitch!) Thanks Jamie, and for anyone else looking for the perfect musician don’t hesitate to book him!"

"Yes, she does indeed sing. We had a fabulous night with Ruby. So lovely to see her again. Ruby has a blow your socks off voice and sang songs from all years. Many thanks to Paul for the sound too. It was Dave’s birthday tonight and Ruby made it really special for him. Lots of folks up dancing and great audience interaction. Everyone had a blast, so thank you, both, and see soon."

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio / 08/04/2023 / Ceilidh for Eastercon 2023 (Sci Fi enthusiast's convention) We had a fun-filled, joyous ceilidh, thanks to the amazing, talented Black Velvet Band.The band members are great fun. Alan had us laughing so much with his warmth and humour when calling the dances. The booking process was straightforward and professional. When I talked on the phone to Mike in advance, I was assured that these guys knew their stuff. When I requested non-gendered calling, that was no problem. The band are very versatile - they added a little Star Trek and Dr Who music, seamlessly, into the ceilidh tunes, to give us an extra-special thrill! "Booked Josh and fiddle player for my husbands 50th as he loves Irish music. The lads were great, played lots of Irish songs and also lots of other famous songs to get everyone going. Would defintely recommend!"

"It's the day after booking the Rib Ticklers for my husbands 50th Birthday. It was wonderful!! The band were nothing but professional, accommodating and very friendly! The choice of songs was well matched to the party crowd and we were sad when it was over. We have had many texts saying how good the band were and where did we find them. Thank you for all your help with our questions beforehand too. We are very happy customers. Great service from start to finish and price was very competitive. "
