"Booked Kelly and graham for our small wedding . Really nervous as you never really know what you are going to get . Well let me tell you , Kelly and graham from the offset , great communication , happy to offer suggestions , learned new material especially for us . Prompt professional and out of this world . What a duo , very varied music , got everyone up dancing and an encore , Would recommended 10 times over Thank you both for making our day special "

"We hired It Takes 2 to perform for my daughters wedding and they didn't disappoint. Great communication, and went out of their way to put special song requests in for us. Made a point of including the children and getting them to do all the dance moves. They really read the room and had people up dancing from beginning to end. Everyone loved them. We will be recommending them to all of our friends and family. Thank you both."

"Dear Geoff and Steve, Absolute played at our wedding on 10.8.19 and they were totally amazing!! We are so pleased we had them for our special day, they created such a fun atmosphere and the dance floor was never empty! "Wow! look no further in your search for a band! Absolute played an acoustic set during the day and then 2 full band sets in the evening of our wedding on 7/8/21. All of which were incredible! They were so adaptive when we ended up with the first dance at the end of the first set and really felt the vibe of the wedding and selected a great range of songs to suit!! The dancefloor was full all evening which says it all. Everyone commented on how good they were. AMAZING! Book them now!! James and Amy, Wedding at Top Farm in Norfolk – 7th August 2021 "

"Simply the best evening ever with two amazing and accomplished musicians who made the evening. Kelly and Graham were outstanding in their delivery of my chosen songs and the two hours passed in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Their engagement with the audience of 70 guests from far and wide was spot on and the quality of sound was just brilliant! Would not hesitate to have them here again! Thank you so much for making my night special."

"BEST BAND EVER!! Lilac and her 6pc funk band played at our wedding in Summer 2021, and Rem DJ'd. Both sets were absolutely fantastic! In the build up to the wedding, Lilac and Rem were incredibly helpful in guiding us through our playlist, identifying crowd pleasers and song collections which worked incredibly well together. They were both full of ideas and suggestions and left no stone unturned in their preparations! Planning our evening set with them was a real giggle! They were very clear in outlining their requirements on the day, and recommending what timings would work well. They were also incredibly understanding, cooperative, and willing to be flexible as we waited to plan our wedding around COVID. On the day, Lilac and the team were full of energy and this reverberated around the room, creating a truly special atmosphere! Lilac has an amazing, soulful voice and so much stage presence! The saxophonist was also outstanding!! They kept the dance floor filled all evening and full of noise as we all sang along. Lilac and the team's set was incredible, and they kept going beyond the two 45 min slots to all of our delight! Rem's DJ set to conclude the evening was incredible! He struck a really great balance between old school classics and more modern, higher tempo tunes. We'll remember excitedly dancing along to Avici and Craig David, and finishing off with a sing along to Wonderwall, Sweet Caroline and Angels, with all our best friends surrounding us, for the rest of our lives! Thank you so much for a massive contribution towards making our wedding the best day of our lives!"

"The band were absolutely fantastic and were great for a party at the pub! They drove all the way from London to North Yorkshire to play for our wedding welcome party. They played so well and got all our guests dancing all night! The choice of songs were great and all band members were really nice and professional! A big thank you to all 3 of them!"
