"We booked Kelly’s Heroes for our Mums 70th Birthday party. There was a large spectrum of ages and their music was enjoyed by all! Outstanding service from start to finish. They played ALL the family favourites from their set list and EVERYONE was raving about their performance! Easily the BEST IRISH BAND I’ve seen. Thank you sooooooo much Kelly’s Heroes, you were AMAZING!"

"The three chaps that make up this band were fantastic on the night, I've had nothing but compliments from the many people in attendance. The music they played was perfect, my 80 year old Irish father who's party it was hasn't stopped smiling since Saturday night. They actually learnt a song which is one of his favourites for the night. And it went down very well. I would recommend the lads to my friends and family events in the future for sure. Many thanks. "

"We booked Jamie for our small wedding of 30 initially to break our day/evening up and honestly did not contemplate the effect this would have on our wedding! We really could not have asked for anything more from Jamie! He was fantastic, he really got the crowd going and although we had a small wedding, you wouldn't have known, every single person in the room was up, dancing and singing. It was a complete game changer and every single person at our wedding has mentioned how amazing Jamie was. Given all the restrictions with COVID, it really would have been a completely different wedding, not for the better, had we chosen any other artist or not had one at all and we really cannot thank Jamie enough for the part he played in our day! We would recommend him 1000 times over!"

"Thought I would stay and listen to the band for a few songs after the match, and ended up staying way passed my bedtime. Great selection of music, very entertaining and great to see so many people dancing. "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio provided a brilliant ceilidh for our wedding celebrations at Goldney Hall, Bristol on 12 August 2017. What a fantastic evening! The band entertained our hardy Scottish guests with well-known Scottish dances but it was most enjoyable to see English friends and family ceilidh dancing for the first time and loving it! The dances were called very clearly and were quite ambitious so there was much hilarity. It was infectious fun and everyone got involved. (The dance floor was almost too small!) Mike and the band were extremely accommodating, professional and enthusiastic. The band has a huge repertoire and organised the evening flawlessly, from our first dance (Gay Gordons) to the throwing of the bouquet and the final Circassian Circle. Highly recommended. Thanks again for a fantastic evening of fun!"

"I book Paddy for a number of pubs in Glasgow and he always gives a great performance. He has fantastic vocals, exceptional guitar skills and always works with the crowd picking the songs they want. He is happy to play requests if he can and has been known to give great renditions of songs he has never done before on the spot."

"Well what can I say! I have recently got married and Absolute played for us at our special day! They were amazing! They were so accommodating…. with a LOT of requests given to them beforehand !! They did not disappoint! They sang a range of all songs… there was something for everyone!! !! Everyone is still talking about how good this band were now!!! The dance floor was packed out all night long! They were great fun and we had the best time! We couldn’t recommend them enough and we thank them for the best day of our lives!!!! "I can’t say enough good things about Andy Marr, he fitted in well to the environment and from his opening number to his last put his whole self into it. Great set list not a bad song. He is a very talented musician and singer, polite and professionals I would highly recommend him ."
