"Blue Jewel played for the final evening of the International Conference for Research in Music Education, at Reed hall (Exeter University). Despite the very excitable and large group (100+) the band managed to get everyone dancing a lovely variety of simple dances including French and Russian ones. The balance of instruments worked really well in the space (not overpowering) and KIp, the caller. did a great job. "

"OMG where to begin?!? What an amazing experience we had, from our initial contact with the group/owner/lead singer, Lilac, all the way through to our wedding day. Before booking we had a fair amount of correspondence, information bouncing backwards and forwards with my specific questions to their professional opinions and information. I had a vision which I presented and it was clear from the start we could trust them to produce exactly what was wanted. Once we confirmed our booking, over the 12 months before our wedding, there were zoom chats and even a dinner date for us all to meet and put together our tailored set list arrangements, for both solo acoustic sets and country band sets (which we had booked a 5 piece but due to some changes in circumstances ended up with an 8 piece 🫶🏼👌🏼) Their professionalism is 2nd to none and faultless. On the big day, they arrived early, with their engineer not only managing to get a whole lot of equipment set up and maintained for 2 different on site locations but also spending time documenting the highlights.. the work that goes on behind the scenes is paramount and knowing the basics I was highly impressed. Now, for the performances.. obviously this is what everyone soaks in the most! Perfection is in the eye of the beholder and as I have no doubt, the band will confirm this, my requirement of this is relentless (the musical element to the day was almost as important to me as the day itself) and I can hand on heart express how I felt their performances were exactly the level of perfection I envisioned. I'm not the crying kind, I held back tears at the ceremony but Lilac managed to break me during her solo acoustic performances twice! Upon the band starting to play for our bride and groom enterance to the marquee we were compelled to jump straight onto the dance floor and we were both encapsulated by a stunning performance. Not being one to usually be found on the dancefloor too long I felt the lack of need to leave for the entire 1st set. I remember a conversation with Lilac about being able to get all the guests dancing and my stating I'll put every effort into ensuring that dancefloor was filled. Well, within the 1st minute we went from Mr & Mrs alone on the floor to having the room filled, although my assertiveness instigated this, it was the band that kept them all there from start to finish. What a wonderful wedding we had and what an epic musical experience everyone had! We've had nothing but high praise from all our guests and my only response is "weren't they amazing?!" Finally, on a personal level. These guys are absolutely as lovely as they are professional. Their genuine passion for what they do and their personalities shine through not only their performances with smiles, energy and interactions but just in conversation before and afterwards. Outstanding work, beautiful people. We love you, we loved what you did for us and appreciate each of you for being you and being a major piece of the best day of both our lives 🫶🏼👌🏼🤗 Thankyou!!!! "Jimmy Rae and Sarah performed for our fund raiser in December 2016 , they where superb , totally engaging with terrific vocals.They added so much to our events success , the feedback from all who attended was fantastic the blend of original songs and music was exactly what we needed to give all attendees a great time . "A great day, made even better by the efforts and skills of It's No' Reel. We all loved the jigs, reels and much needed help to get the dances right. Tom and the band went that extra yard to help with the first dance and farewell dance. Much appreciated and highly recommended."

"I cannot say enough about how fantastic Danny was at our wedding. We were let down 3 weeks prior to our date, not for the first time, and I had lost faith in anyone being professional and reliable at this point. Even though Danny had a previous booking on our date, because ours was an earlier time slot, he willingly accepted our booking. I had a specific aisle song that I wanted playing outdoors and after waiting 18 months to hear it from our previous band, Danny had the first audio draft sent to me within 2 days. Upon hearing the first sentence of 7 words I was in tears, and knew that this was our version of the song. Danny was sat on a log stump outdoors with just his guitar playing to our guests as they arrived, and as I began walking through the field he sang the perfect rendition of our song. He then played another set to welcome our guests inside the tipi and everything was perfect. We didn't have a lot of time to chat on the day, but the music I could hear and the happiness of our guests said everything we needed to know. Danny is not only a very talented musician with a stunning live vocal, but also very down to earth but very professional. I'm not sure what event I will need entertainment for again in the future, but if I do, this is who I will be booking."

"The Cesarz Tabor Duo played while I walked down the aisle and it was so beautiful!! During the ceremony they played classical music and a piece we had chosen, then played some lovely jazz on the lawn while everyone had drinks. It really made our day!"

"Really enjoyed Stargazers. They sounded great and were lovely people to deal with. They seemed to have lots of fun too which really rubs off on the crowd. At the end of the night it was really disappointing when they had to stop. I’ll be getting them next time I turn 40 too!"

"We booked the fabulous Georgia Dee through last minute musicians and could not have been happier. The whole process was excellent, from enquiry, to booking, to the event. Georgia played at our wedding reception back in July and we were beyond happy with her performance. She is an excellent talent that was so professional and flexible with our day and any changes. So many of our guests commented on how amazing she was, which she was!"

"The band were fantastic. They were professional, discreet and adaptable to everything that we asked of them. One of my favourite parts of the day was our first dance which they sang beautifully! We had so many compliments from guests about the band and about the song choices that they made, they were able to see what kind of music was popular and continued to get people up and dancing! They also played a fabulous acoustic set outside for us at our drinks reception which went perfectly with the relaxed feel of the afternoon. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and can't thank them enough for contributing to making our day so perfect."
