"Crimson Sky played at our wedding and I have to say they were absolutely fantastic, the atmosphere they created really made the evening with three perfectly balanced sets. They were grateful, sincere, efficient and brought a lot of energy too so we were very very happy with the service they provided and I’d recommend them for any event. "

"We are so glad we found John and the band and asked them to play at our wedding! They completely made the night at our tipi wedding reception in the forest and fitted into the laid back festival/party atmosphere just perfectly. John spoke to us on numerous occasions before our big day; the organisation seemed so easy and all went according to plan. They even caught some videos of everyone dancing the night away which have given us some great memories! Everyone has been talking about the band and how brilliant they were, a perfect mix of music with a bit of a difference! Thanks to John and the band for making our wedding so incredible "

"Will was absolutely fantastic at our wedding day, he even made sure to come to our wedding rehearsal the evening before to be sure he knew exactly what we wanted him to play and when. Highly recommend! "

"I shared my retirement party with Alison and agree with all of her positive comments. One friend said "I had a fantastic time and even managed with my two left feet to join in!" It was exactly what I wanted, an evening full of fun with everybody mingling and joining in together. I would highly recommend 'Blue Jewel' if you want a lively and energetic night. Anna (Paignton)"

"Second time we have heard Blue jewel - the first at their recent gig in the Stoke Gabriel Village hall just last Saturday they put on a Ceilidh Dance for our wedding reception. Really great on both occasions - super caller for our dance - just right for the many who had never done folk dancing and on both occasions their enthusiasm and light touch really made for a great evening. Would recommend for any occasion "

"Hello Fiddlestix, We are just away on holiday but wanted to thank you, the band and your fabulous caller for getting our daughter’s wedding reception off to such a great start! We knew we had a few guests who would definitely get up and take part, but to have so many joining in the fun and to hear all of the glowing compliments afterwards was great! The cheesy disco afterwards was good fun too, but I think partly that was down to the fact everyone had had such a great laugh with their attempts at barn dancing and were keen to stay on the dance floor! "We booked Dan through last minute musicians after seeing his glowing reviews and listening to his wonderful clips and videos online. His playing was every bit as wonderful as I thought he would be and more. His talented playing and gorgeous voice created a wonderfully relaxed backdrop and atmosphere at our wedding. Everyone said how much they loved his music and I am so grateful to Dan for helping to make our day so special. "

"Lilac and the band were amazing from start to finish after we booked them for our wedding. Lilac was incredibly helpful in the planning process and nothing was too much trouble. She helped us organise our evening reception (of which I am forever grateful as neither of us had a clue!) and the band even learned our first dance song. They really got the party started, asking for crowd participation, and the line dancing lesson went down a storm. Every guest I spoke to said how amazing they were and how much fun they had dancing along. If your struggling finding a band, I can’t recommend them enough! We chose barn with us as we are big country music fans but they have so many different genres you can choose from!"
