"We welcomed back Black Velvet Band Irish Trio for St Patrick's Day. They were amazing and really created a great atmosphere for the afternoon with all of our customers singing and joining in. If you want that authentic Irish sound I would definitely recommend this band and will definitely be having them back again! "

"What a superb band for our wedding party - the guys were lovely, really friendly and helpful and got everyone involved and having the time of their lives! A ceilidh is such fun and a great way to ensure *all* your guests are involved in the celebrations - there were smiles on the faces of everyone dancing, and everyone watching! I cannot recommend this highly enough - absolutely delightful, highly professional, and a total pleasure to work with to make sure we had an unforgettable evening"

"I would like to say that I feel privileged to have had Melisma performing at our retirement party. Everything about Melisma Jazz band was wonderful, they all looked very smart and professional and their performance was absolutley fantastic. Many asked where I had found them and others just thought I knew Sarah-Jane personally as she was so friendly! I cannot thank Melisma Jazz enough for making our event such a wounderful success, we will have lovely memories of the afternoon which seemed to end too soon - I just wanted them to play on and on! "We booked the BVB for our wedding in April at Stonehouse Court. We specified Celtic music and they were excellent – they even learned a song for me to sing with them in two weeks flat! True musicians who really know their stuff. They were punctual and did not skimp on time – not taking lengthy breaks between songs which I know some do. A really great experience – I thoroughly recommend them."
