"Lisa did the music in the church for our wedding. I gave her a list of songs I wanted, some of them she didn't know but was willing to learn for our big day. She was very helpful at filling in the bits I had neglected and selected some beautiful pieces of music. Although the day is a bit of a blur to me, everyone still comments on how amazing the music was. She also sang our first dance with the band which was very special. I think the band would have kept her all night! I'd highly recommend her. "

"Luisa was great; just what our event needed. Luisa had a wonderful repertoire - also including an impromptu rendition of "Happy Birthday" for one of our guests. I know that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the surprise of seeing Luisa and her harp when they walked into the room and listening to the lovely music she played. Thank you so much."

"What can I say. This man is such a kind, friendly and helpful gentleman. We spoke to him a few times, nothing was too much trouble. He said he was here to help and we could ask him anything, thats what he was here for. Everyone at the funeral commented and said how lovely he played the bagpipes. Thank you Patrick we really appreciated all your help on the day. It was a pleasure to have met you. If ever we need the bagpipes again we know who to contact. Thankyou again Maureen"

"Thank you so much for the fabulous ceilidh on Saturday night, we had a truly memorable celebration. All our guests commented on what a fun night it was with everyone up dancing by the end! Barry was brilliant and pitched his instructions at the right level for us amateurs - the perfect mix of assertive and entertaining! ? The music provided by The Ceilihouse was superb - you are a very talented bunch and I won’t hesitate to recommend your services. It should also be noted that Chris was excellent from our first contact. He alleviated my worries, tried hard to accommodate my late requests and quickly replied to all my messages! "Great music and well coordinated by caller for each dance. Good encouragement was given to the guests to participate in the dances. It worked well even though we only had 40 guests. Good variety of music to cater for all tastes. Thoroughly enjoyable evening and would recommend the Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band to anyone."

"The Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio helped make our event go smoothly with great communication and punctual arrival. The music was well performed and great fun. The caller did a fantastic job of putting people at ease an encouraging lots of dancing and everyone had a great time. At our working event the next day, many attributed the positive mood and energy to the ceilidh the night before, so maybe it is the secret to successful strategy seminars?!"
