"LMM organised the setting up of the event in a very efficient friendly and helpful manner. Even when our original act pulled out unexpectedly Sarah-Jane bent over backwards to ensure we got a similar act at a similar price, all at relatively short notice We were delighted with tremendous set which Martin and Anna of the Ardvierikie Ceilidh Band performed for us all on our son’s wedding night; it exceeded all of our expectations! Right from the word go, their professionalism and enthusiasm shone through, with both demonstrating superb musicianship combined with the excellent calling skills of Anna who got everyone up on their feet for the whole night! It gave all of us all an amazing evening to remember all our lives and greatly contributed to the success of the wedding as a whole."

"Blue Jewel played our wedding in August 2023 and were absolutely amazing! Steve was really great to communicate with leading up the event and on the day they blew our guests away with a super varied set that had literally everyone on the dancefloor. There were a few ceilidh pros in the party who loved getting to know some new dances and there were also total amateurs who found it very accessible and developed a new love for dancing. I can't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be trying to come up with an excuse to have another ceilidh in the future!"

Tom runs a smooth and professional business that eased the stress of wedding arrangements. They were also a great hit with guests, venue and photographer. "We booked It's No' Reel for our wedding at Balbirnie House in June 2015. We decided on them because of how good they sounded on their YouTube clips (their Game of Thrones theme was a real head turner!), the fact they didn't have a piper or an accordion (which we wanted to avoid) and their price. Tom who deals with the bookings was very professional and keen to tailor the evening to our needs. The minimum is a three piece with the option of adding other pieces as you like. We opted for a second violin as we thought the two violins together sounded awesome! The band offer ceilidh for as much of the night as you want, and after that they are happy to hook up their computer to the PA system and play a DJ set. We liked having the option in case our guests weren't feeling the ceilidh. As it was, we were having such a great time that we ceilidh-ed all night! It was an amazing night, made by the quality playing. Let's also not forget the quality calling so all the guests knew what they were doing! We have had so many compliments about the band's playing since the wedding. Thanks so much to you guys. Just great musicians who put the reel into our reception!"

"The ladies were all extremely talented, each offering several instruments, needless to say we were very impressed. The music was a good combination of Ceilidh and contemporary, as we have requested, they did not disappoint. Thank you again for a successful evening."
