"Many thanks for the 2 fabulous guitar sessions you played at our party last Saturday night. I wanted to be able to sit and listen properly but clearly that wasn’t going to happen. "We booked the Willow Tree Barn Dance Band for our wedding anniversary all our guests and ourselves really enjoyed the music, vibe of the band. We requested that we wanted our guests to able to dance, and Mick was absolutely brilliant in organising the routines with clear instructions. We would give them 10 out of 10 and would highly recommended them. "

"Just a note to say thank you for playing at my mother’s 90th Birthday party last Saturday. She had a wonderful time and commented on how good the band was. I think that everyone enjoyed it, and also got to learn some new dances. Certainly I personally had never danced in sets of seven before. Well done!"

"Black Velvet Band Irish Duo – Anniversary Party – April 2025 Very talented musicians, accommodating in choosing the music. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed the evening. A number of people have asked me who the band was for potential future bookings – I think that speaks for itself. Based on their performance and what people told me after the gig, I’m sure it won’t be their last visit to Malvern!"

"I would just like to say that Patrick played the bagpipes at our wedding on 04/08/19 and he was absolutely amazing. Everyone commented how good he was, he made our wedding perfect. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough 5* for pipes , 5* outfit and 5* for personality. Thank you so very very much "

"Me and my friend Pūlama hired Blue Jewel band for our birthday party and they were so excellent!!! The music was fab and the caller chose really fun dances, some folks said it was the best Ceilidh they had been to! 10/10 recommend, thank you for a lovely evening :)"

"Kindred Spirit played at Kew fete on 21st June in front of hundreds of people. Their music pulled in a great crowd as their unique style of folk rock with electric violin and guitar kept the audience rooted. As the organiser of the stage acts at Kew fete, I just hope Kindred Spirit can play next year and captivate the audience once again."

"What a fantastic band! Blue Jewel played at Paul's 50th birthday party in February 2016 and were a complete hit. Thank you so much! The booking process was really easy with Steve answering all the questions we had before the evening. The dances were varied and all great fun. All four members of the band were a pleasure to have with us. There was so much laughter! If we book a ceilidh again (and I think given the success of this we will) we will certainly ask Blue Jewel to play."
