As someone who is both a total metal-head (stealthy) but lover of classical music I loved your performance. It added so much to the ambience and created a soundtrack to a special day. "The Romanza Quartet recently played at our church wedding ceremony and drinks reception and were extremely well received by all our guests – many people commented on their first class musicianship. What made it truly memorable for us though was their arrangement of a special request played during our wedding service. Their version of Unintended by Muse was truly fantastic and somehow avoided the clunky pizzicato beginning that we’d heard elsewhere on the internet. Along with a colleague of theirs they also played a Cello/Keyboard arrangement of Spiegel im Spiegel by Arvo Pärt during the signing of the register. This lasts a shade over 10 minutes and is an incredibly beautiful and serene piece that was played outstandingly."

"Claire did an amazing job playing the Cello at our wedding. It created a lovely atmosphere for our guests to arrive in, and was a fantastic backdrop for our ceremony. She has a large repertoire of music, from classical to modern, but also took the time to learn and adapt a song that was special to us for the ceremony. She was always friendly, helpful and organised throughout, and was ready and set up when I arrived at the venue! I would gladly recommend CelloMagic to anyone looking for music for their wedding or event. (Stockport Marble Staircase: 21st February 2025)"

"Thank you immensely for the absolutely superb performance at Ratho Parish Church. The success of a wedding relies so much on background music and Scotland Strings certainly excelled in that regard. Personally, Gill and I missed out somewhat as our arrival, by dint of normal bride and father custom and practice, occurred in the late stages of your performance. However, our guests spoke very highly indeed of your presence and delivery and raved of how the quality enhanced a momentous occasion. Morag, once again, many thanks for helping to make Gill and Jamie’s wedding such a huge success. Best wishes for the continuing success of Scotland Strings and the enjoyment that goes with it."

"Would Highly recommend!!!! Since seeing Ebor at the York Manor House for a Bridgeton event we knew instantly that we wanted them to play at our wedding. For our playlist we chose an eclectic mix of music from Ebor's repertoire; pop, 80's, 00's pop-punk, you get the gist. Ebor were really accommodating with chopping and changing songs on the set list, and also allow for a few special requests that were able to be played. As we are huge Greatest Showman fans, Ebor went above and beyond to help our dreams come true and they sourced and learnt some songs for us... I got to walk down the aisle to The Greatest Show which was sooo much fun!!! and sounded soooo good!!! It was epic! Really enjoyed having Ebor on our special day and it was appreciated by all our guests. The acoustics worked perfectly meaning Ebor could be heard inside and outside. Really friendly and talented group. Thankyou so much for making our day so special. We cant wait to come to another of your events. Scott & Emily (19/04/2025)"

"An exquisite trio and I would highly recommend using them. Everyone commented on how amazing they were and they were even able to create an arrangement for us from an unpublished piece of music. They really made the ambiance of our wedding to what we wanted. 1st June 2018"
