"Thank you to Molly and the string quartet for making our wedding so special. They set up even during the touch and go English rainy weather and played so beautifully. Molly was super responsive in the lead up and played all our requested songs from her repertoire. It made our day so special and I can’t thank them enough. Everyone commented on how great they were and it really added to the day. "

"So easy to communicate with, and helpful in planning exactly what we required for the 2 hours before the wedding breakfast. The music was lovely and the guests really enjoyed it whilst having a drink outside in the gardens. The rendition of Skyfall was brilliant. We would definitely recommend booking the Capriccio Quartet and adding a touch of class to your day for a very reasonable price."

"Communication with Ebor and Conor in particular has been fantastic in the build up to the wedding. What a fantastic team of talented musicians!! Both me and Rob want to say a BIG thank you to the team for being there on Saturday. It was absolutely beautiful and definitely made the atmosphere in the church (lots of tears were had!!) lots of our guests said how beautiful it was. We even had compliments from local villagers too who heard the music at the village hall which was lovely!! Thank you for being so accommodating and flexible with the set lists and we hope to see you at future gigs/events… I’ve asked for tickets for my birthday later in the year!! Thank you again!!"

"We used Ebor String Quartet for the first time this year for our annual student awards ceremony and wow, they made such an impact! They really brought such an amazing atmosphere to our event and our guests were so impressed. As well as being talented musicians, they are also really lovely people to work with. "INCREDIBLE!!! I could not recommend enough. We were back & fourth about booking due to being over our budget - but I am SO glad we did. They played me walking down the aisle / our drinks reception and made the day so much more special and memorable, Our guests also loved it! Aside from being insanely talented, they were extremely easy to deal with. Martin who co-ordinated the booking was so helpful from start to finish - he made us feel like nothing was a problem!! If you’re unsure whether to book then I can assure you, you won’t be disappointed!! Thank you again."

"So grateful to you all for your amazing work and sorry about the last minute changes that you accommodated so gracefully. Everyone was absolutely thrilled with you on, especially us both. We just wished we had more time to listen rather than chatting so much. Even into the evening the wedding guests and other hotel guests were commenting on how lovely it was to listen to you play. "We booked the Magenta string duo for our wedding ceremony and drinks reception. The ladies were fantastic and very professional. The music was beautiful and all our guests commented what a lovely touch it was to have a live duo at our wedding. We only had 50 guests so wanted subtle entertainment and the duo was perfect for this. In the lead up to the booking, their communication was great and they were very helpful and organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Magenta Strings to anyone looking to add a touch of class to a special occasion. "

"South West String Quartet played at Lupton House for our daughter’s wedding. They played for guest’s arrival before and during the ceremony in the Sanctuary and afterwards in the main house. It was thoroughly enjoyable with various renditions of classical and modern music. It was great for all age groups. We would thoroughly recommend them for any occasion."
