"Hi Anne and Team, Just want to say a massive thank you for doing our wedding at statham lodge on sat 24th October. It was absolutely amazing and every single one of our guests commented on how wonderful you all played. Sorry I haven't emailed sooner its all been a bit hectic since the big day. Hope you all had a wonderful xmas and new year, and a big good luck and thumbs up to all the weddings you have this year. They are truly lucky to have such an amazing quartet play on their big day. "Claire did an amazing job playing the Cello at our wedding. It created a lovely atmosphere for our guests to arrive in, and was a fantastic backdrop for our ceremony. She has a large repertoire of music, from classical to modern, but also took the time to learn and adapt a song that was special to us for the ceremony. She was always friendly, helpful and organised throughout, and was ready and set up when I arrived at the venue! "The string quartet, played at my wedding sept 2021 and we’re fantastic. Since the day we booked them, Sean was very helpful and good with replying. They have a good selection of songs to choose from, from modern to classic. They were able to play my desired song choice for walking down the aisle and played it so beautifully and so well. Our guests enjoyed listening to them play. "

"Astri Strings delivered a fabulous performance both in the courtyard and later after dinner in the Orangery with a mix of classical and “Bridgerton style” music. "We had the South Manchester String Quartet to play for my entrance and during the signing. They added real emotion to the day before I had even walked down the aisle. Guests were crying before I came in – I think without them the atmosphere could have been a bit flat and people would certainly have been bored. My favourite part of the wedding has to be walking down the aisle – I don’t think I will ever get butterflies like that again! And – Glen cried! Now that’s a first."

"Absolutely everything that we had wished and hoped for - Martin was breezy to deal with in organising the day and he and the band were brilliant - they dressed immaculately, completely felt part of our big day and of course the music was simply wonderful.
