"Booked Ben and the band for our wedding, from the first record they had everyone up and dancing best entertainment ever, everyone raved about them , 2 of our guest are booking them for their upcoming wedding every guest said it was the best wedding entertainment they had ever experienced. "It was such a great night, thank you so much! Our venue was on the smaller side but so pleased you guys made it work with the smaller drum set etc. Everyone was very impressed with the band and the ratio of free dancing to choreographed line dances was perfect. A very successful surprise birthday hoedown!"

"We very much enjoyed having The Blue Jewel Celidh Band at our Platinum Jubilee Hoe Down event. Marquee based. Fantastic, lively tunes and the caller made sure everyone was included and were able to follow. They played us off our feet! Much fun was had by all! Throughout the planning they were easily contactable and very accommodating. Highly recommended!"

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were a fantastic addition to our evening wedding celebrations. We had so much fun - from the very young to old, complete novices to experienced dancers, the band catered for us all. Steve led the band with friendliness and humour, giving clear instructions and sharing his knowledge about the dances as we went engaging those that were spectators! We would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about it for their wedding too, and thank them for adding fun and an all-age entertainment to our day!"

We only had the hall for such a short time and you played for as long as you could. You saw when the guests needed upbeat music and when we needed a rest! "Hi Davie, We would like to thank you again for playing at our wedding last week - the ceilidh was incredible! We had an amazing time and our guests had an amazing time too. We were impressed with how The Shooglers enthused the many German guests with the spirit of ceilidh dancing, even though none of them had ever seen anything like it before!
