"Angela, many thanks for the two accomplished sets you played 'al fresco' at my wife's 50th birthday party. You kept all our guests entertained and engaged before and after lunch with a range of Irish ballads and reels and helped set and maintain the tempo for the day. Great music and well played. "Great band. We booked them for my wedding. Unfortunately, we were behind schedule but the band were really professional and understanding! And also excellent at managing a very drunk crowd to have a great time when the ceilidh began!"

"Thank you Blue Jewel for making the night so memorable! Everything we hoped and more. We hired a barn in the middle of nowhere for our wedding anniversary, and Blue Jewel came and made the night something special to remember. The band were so easy going and they sounded brilliant live. The caller made it so easy to follow we had 8 year old children dancing with grans and granddads. My aunt said afterwards 'it's impossible NOT to have a smile on your face as you to this!'. I can't put it any better than that. Everyone had a great time. I would 100% recommend, we hope to see you chaps again in the future at our next gig! x"

"Blue Jewel were absolutely fantastic at our April wedding! Many of our guests had never been to a Ceilidh before, but Steve and the band made sure that everyone got involved and had a brilliant time - I think everyone made it to the dance floor at some point, and many never left! The band were flexible with timings on the night and professional throughout, making for a truly enjoyable evening. We are so pleased that we booked you, and highly recommend you to anyone considering a Ceilidh. Thanks again, Hannah and Joe x"

"THANK YOU to Lucy and the boys for making our wedding the most incredible day EVER. They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. "We welcomed back Black Velvet Band Irish Trio for St Patrick's Day. They were amazing and really created a great atmosphere for the afternoon with all of our customers singing and joining in. If you want that authentic Irish sound I would definitely recommend this band and will definitely be having them back again! "

"The Shooglers were one of the best Ceilidh Bands I have had the pleasure of attending. They were amazing, the performance on the night was great, they were able to gauge the crowd and manage to keep all involved. The communication and assistance with regard to the first dance was excellent. Honesty was great with regard to what they could and couldn't play as a first dance. Honestly one of the best bands. Would recommend them to anyone. Did themselves proud as it is a tough thing to do to trust a band with your wedding, but they were amazing. "

"A wonderful band. The caller was great and made everyone feel very comfortable. A wonderful evening for the whole family and friends ranging from 3 year olds to 80 year olds. Everyone could join in. Turned up on time and very polite nice lads. Would highly recommend."
