"A ceilidh was the perfect way to kick off the evening festivities at our wedding. We loved seeing guests of all ages getting involved, having a laugh, getting it right and wrong but always with enthusiasm! Our caller Adam was so energetic and lots of guests commented on how good he was. We had such fun and would recommend the excellent band for a memorable experience"

"Very many thanks to FOB. You were awesome! At the Reel club ceilidh last Monday, there was a great band, and enthusiastic dancers, but very few of them, which seemed a poor omen. However, I needn't have worried – what a contrast last night! More than double the numbers, a complete sell out! A great start to the year, with lots of freshers having a fantastic time, dancing to your music. Many thanks from me and the Round."

"You made our wedding reception utterly wonderful and so many of our guests have said how much they enjoyed the evening and the music. My 93 year old grandmother refused to leave until the end and her feet were tapping all evening....she even joined in the last dance and that has to be credit to you. One table of guests had never been to a ceilidh before and said how much fun it was. "

They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going. "The band was hired for a joint 70th surprise party for my mum and auntie. Despite the party's age demographic, the dance floor was always full. The band played a perfect selection of songs for both young and old. They were accommodating when it came to the limited space at the venue. The band sounded amazing and received many compliments. I will definitely hire them again."

"Such a fun dancing evening! The ceilidh was a definite highlight of our wedding. Everyone joined in and had at amazing time. It was lovely to see all our guests dancing and laughing together. The band went out of their way to ensure our wedding celebrations went smoothly - they helped us with the cake cutting, our first dance and had a lovely surprise for us at the end! "Davie, I don’t know where to start by thanking you boys for Friday night. There were over 100 peeps there and I would say nearly everyone has commented on how brilliant you were and how you made the night. Big Andy(the big fat loud boy) thinks you’re even better now compared to the wedding and we thought you were awesome then. Everybody had a great time which is mainly down to you guys. We’ve not stopped talking about it since. Hopefully, our paths will meet to let us get Shoogled once more. Pass our regards to the boys. "Lilac came and sang at my 40th birthday, in a barn in the rainy weather, she was fantastic, great voice and the sound was absolutely immense. Her and Remko were lovey to meet and camped with us to continue the celebrations. Really fantastic!"

"The band were wonderful at my party. Everyone loved the music and Kip was so patient explaining the steps. They were really flexible and tailored the whole evening to what we wanted. Lip was very reassuring prior to the party answering all my queries. I would highly recommend them and would love the same party every year!"
