"We had a wonderful time at our wedding with Chris and the Rejigged band. The musicians and caller were very skilled and catered for a range of tastes and abilities. "What a find! The Blue Jewel Celidh Band were just amazing. We are a charity and had organized a St Patrick's Day Barn Dance and are truely grateful to the band for stepping in at the last minute. The whole evening was joyous with a great party feel to it. Everyone danced from children and young people to grandparents. The caller and the musicians were enthusiastic and extremely competent. There was a great atmosphere and buzz everyone had a great time and were asking when was the next one! A big THANK YOU to the Blue Jewel Celidh band."

"The Shooglers delivered a fun and lively ceilidh and dealt with some organisational glitches on our side very professionally and without complaint. Our timings had drifted badly and the disco we had booked took all the space we had reserved for The Shooglers. The band was very professional, and flexible and set up at the other end of the marquee and delivered a very professional, fun ceilidh. "

"Blue Jewel Ceilidh Band were fantastic! From first point of contact by email, we found them to be helpful, flexible and professional. And then on the night they were all these things again and brilliant musicians with an excellent caller in Kip. He was so patient and fun. What we particularly appreciated was that Kip encouraged people to join in but didn't harangue or hassle anyone. He showed people what to do and ribbed some of the larger than life characters, which all added to the friendly warmth of the occasion. For anyone who isn't sure about having a ceilidh at a wedding, we would recommend this band as a brilliant introduction. My husband wasn't sure because he didn't want to feel forced to dance as he only usually does this when he's had several pints of beer. But we found Blue Jewel to be really encouraging, without being pushy and everyone joined in. It's really inclusive and a way of getting all ages up and dancing together. We were so pleased because our teenagers loved it too and no-one worried about being 'cool'. It's a very natural and traditional way of letting your hair down, mixing with everyone and having a good laugh. We would highly recommend this band."

One particular fan is obsessed with the way you mixed some Muse in with some ceilidh expertly..! "THANK YOU to Lucy and the boys for making our wedding the most incredible day EVER. They kept my guests entertained for the cocktail hour and the whole evening, played our first dance BEAUTIFULLY and kept the night going.
