"Funk With Us were just fantastic! We got married in August, and after the last year or so, it was just magical to be able to have a good dance with friends and family, and the band encouraged everyone to get up and dance - and that is what everyone did! Having a live band makes such a difference to the day, and we would truly recommend them. So many of our friends and family have been saying how very impressed they were with the band and that they absolutely loved the music and dancing. You were FANTASTIC!! ? Lilac and Remko were so helpful through the whole planning of the big day and answered all our questions. It was lovely to have a video chat to discuss the running of the day and 'meet' them before the Wedding day! They are both such friendly and fun people and reassured us we had definitely made the right choice with having a band! Thank you so much, you and your band will always hold a very special place in our hearts! ❤️"

"Davie, Nicky and I are just back from a trip up north and have only now got 'connected' to the outside world again. Just a wee note to thank you and the rest The Shooglers for an amazing ceilidh at our wedding at Lunga. We loved it and everyone else did too, more than a few folk took your cards and are trying to think of an excuse to have their own ceilidh and book you guys for it! We'll keep an eye on the local ceilidh clubs and if you’re playing in this part of the world again and we'll get ourselves along to it. Thanks again! "

"What a fantastic band! Blue Jewel played at Paul's 50th birthday party in February 2016 and were a complete hit. Thank you so much! The booking process was really easy with Steve answering all the questions we had before the evening. The dances were varied and all great fun. All four members of the band were a pleasure to have with us. There was so much laughter! If we book a ceilidh again (and I think given the success of this we will) we will certainly ask Blue Jewel to play."

"Luisa was great; just what our event needed. Luisa had a wonderful repertoire - also including an impromptu rendition of "Happy Birthday" for one of our guests. I know that everyone thoroughly enjoyed the surprise of seeing Luisa and her harp when they walked into the room and listening to the lovely music she played. Thank you so much."

"Black Velvet Band Irish Trio - Cheltenham Gold Cup - March 2025 Absolutely brilliant band - everybody loved them! We booked the band to play at The Three Lions, Stourport-on-Severn on Gold Cup Day 2025 and didn't regret the decision. They came in set up and started playing straight away and immediately the dance floor was full. We were turning people away at the door as the pub was full to the brim! They played to the crowd and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves as well. "

"We had a ceilidh for our wedding last week. Jake, Aidan, Anna and Rob were incredible. Jake in particular made the night and EVERYONE has said this to us, asking where we found him and that his enthusiasm got everyone up and dancing. The band were very flexible in terms of timings on the night as we were a bit delayed for one reason or another but they were great. Truly amazing and we can’t say thank you enough! The venue have echoed how great and how professional the band were, and are looking forward to having them back in the near future for another wedding. They all loved having a ceilidh there too! Cannot fault the whole experience from start to finish and it made the night so perfect. Would love to have a ceilidh every weekend..!"

We were blown away by the absolutely fabulous music and, to Sarah, a special thank you for your expertise and patience with all our family and friends. Everyone, be they young or old, shy or willing, natural dancers or rhythmically challenged, had an absolute ball and we've had loads of feedback from guests saying it was the highpoint of the evening. "I have seen and admired Kelly's Heroes for a number of years and always find them hugely entertaining. The musicianship and vocals are consistently top quality and their choice of material is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. Highly recommended for almost any type of event, from pubs to concerts and festivals."
