"Beatrice performed at my 30th birthday party and she was absolutely incredible. She created the perfect atmosphere from the moment guests arrived. The mix of pop and classical worked beautifully and everyone kept asking where I had found her. Professional, punctual and extremely talented. Would book again without hesitation!"

"We had the Rosewood String Trio play at our wedding ceremony at Glasgow University and for an hour at our wedding reception at Pollokshields Burgh Hall. They were fantastic! They played beautifully throughout all aspects of our day with lovely choices of music. It added a touch of class and made the ceremony in the church very special and atmospheric. They were very easy to communicate with...Yvette was always prompt at replying and happy to help in any way over the months leading up to the wedding. They were open to any specific songs or music that we wanted to have and made sure we were happy with everything. The group knew exactly when and where they had to be...it was seamless. I couldn't recommend these musicians more for anyone who wants to add a touch of class to their wedding day! Thank you so much, Christine and Matthew x"

"We booked Surrey Strings through Last Minute Musicians to play at a 90th birthday lunch celebration. The musicians were absolutely excellent and many people commented on how well they played. We would have no hesitation in booking them again or recommending both Last Minute Musicians and Surrey Strings."

From the start when we first made contact, you made it easy to communicate with and the information you asked for certainly helped to make your part in the day seamless and smooth. You were punctual and professional. We hardly noticed you slip in and out of the room during your break times and at the end of the function. Our guests enjoyed your performance and were full of praise and positive comments about how much they loved the pieces you played. You certainly added some class and sophistication to our function. "What can we say about these people - AMAZING !! They played our songs for us in such a professional and special way it melted our hearts. We got married in a castle and wanted the whole day to be romantic - this string quartet made it happen The communication before and after with them was superb and they played all the songs we requested (even though 3 of them they had never played before) We would highly recommend them for any function but if you are getting married don't look anywhere else - book these - MAGICAL Thank you David & Cheryl Robinson"

I realised that I had only had the briefest of words with them. Graeme and I are now on honeymoon in Croatia and having a lovely rest.
