"Dear Anne, I thought the orchestra was great, especially the strings. Overall they sounded great and there have been many many positive comments!  It is is a really complex work and there were some wonderful moments. Your violin solo was wonderful and during that whole section the orchestra really captured the mood.  The Prelude was everything that I wanted it to be and the big moments were absolutely thrilling.  The orchestra was great to work with and sounded great. The sonority of Elgar's full orchestration was self-evident. The best range of dynamics I have experienced from them - ever! It is so good to welcome a lot of the same players back over and over again.  Please thank the players for me! "

"Absolutely everything that we had wished and hoped for - Martin was breezy to deal with in organising the day and he and the band were brilliant - they dressed immaculately, completely felt part of our big day and of course the music was simply wonderful. We are chuffed to have had so many compliments from our guests who loved their style. If you are tempted to book a string quartet we highly, highly recommend booking with Flux Ensemble. "Excellent Ensemble Engaging with the Ebor Quartet was a delight from start to finish. Conor replied promptly to my enquiry and I found their prices very reasonable especially as they played in two venues for our Wedding (church and reception venue). They worked seamlessly with our venues to make the day flow effortlessly. The Quartet played a diverse range of musical genres beautifully. I would highly recommend them!"

"Excellent performance against backdrop of the fells behind our venue in Keswick. Extremely friendly group who were able to organise arrangements of various special requests - displaying great versatility. Our small party had a very enjoyable afternoon. Would recommend highly."

"The quartet played beautifully throughout, adding so much to the day. We especially enjoyed listening to the gorgeous Dorchester string quartet while we waited for the bride and later while we drank champagne in the sun. "Thanks to Dahlia Music several of our guests described our wedding as having "Bridgerton Vibes", which we take as a massive compliment! As soon as we booked Dahlia they were in regular contact with us to ensure that everything was planned meticulously. The songs chosen for the ceremony were timed to perfection - even though we included our dog as the ringbearer and he was so excited that it took an extra 30 seconds to get the rings on his collar. Dahlia were also happy to include a new song in their repertoire, which meant a lot to some of our guests. They were professional throughout and many people commented on how much their music brought to the event. I cannot recommend them highly enough - thank you Dahlia for making our special day especial. ?"

" Thank you SO much to yourself and your wonderful team for creating a magical atmosphere for us on our wedding day. From the Godfather entrance for the groom (much to the delight of our guests), to my entrance of Chasing Cars. We absolutely loved it! And our guests too. "Beatrice performed at my 30th birthday party and she was absolutely incredible. She created the perfect atmosphere from the moment guests arrived.
