"Hi Anne, Please pass on my thanks to the rest of the quartet and also the person who was responsible for the amazing arrangements you played. They were very elegantly put together and none of the pop songs sounded forced or out of place despite the drastic change of instrumentation! In fact i'd say some of them soudned better this way. We particularly enjoyed the foo fighters arrangements, and I saw a number of guests singing along and conducting their way through Nessun Dorma. Sarah and I we're running around a lot but whenever we stopped to listen we loved what we heard. We didn't hear a note out of place and the intonation between you all was of the best we've heard from a quartet. It is obvious that you all take a lot of pride in what you do, the years of experience show. I know our guests were also very complimentary about it and we will happily recommend you to anyone who asks. It was worth every penny. Thank you once again, the music was beautiful! "It was an absolute pleasure working with the Flux Ensemble from start to finish. We hired the String Duo for our outdoor wedding ceremony, which Martin accommodated by bringing a PA system to ensure it was amplified. He clearly worked hard catering the music to my tastes, and our personalities, rather than pushing his own ideas. The result was a sublime, tranquil ambience for the ceremony, which brought a tear to my eyes and those of many guests. It was an unforgettable ceremony. Highly recommend these guys- Thanks!!"

"A huge thank you to Thames Valley String Quartet for the beautiful music they played at our wedding. Firstly for playing me down the aisle so beautifully and then during our reception. They truly added to a perfect day for us. From start to finish the quartet were professional and polished, even learning our first dance for us from scratch. They were not fussed by changing timetables as sometimes happens at weddings & were happy to play our requests. Their musicality and passion for the music were clear from start to finish. We thoroughly recommend Thames Valley String Quartet to anyone wishing to add something special to their event. Thank you again"

"Claire and the quartet were all just perfect on our big day. It really added that something special on top to help make it a day to remember. Myself and the bride were blown away with the atmosphere they helped create and they were a big hit with the guests. I gave them very little direction on the type of stuff I wanted them to play! But everything they chose was better than what I would have picked anyway! Highly recommend."
