Review Centre: String Quartets

"My dream was to have a small wedding in a beautiful country house with the sound of a string quartet playing in the background. I was lucky enough to find Sarah who helped me make my dream come true. Sarah met me at the wedding venue and we practiced her playing as I walked down the stairs and into the ceremony room to perfection. We stayed in close contact and I was able to choose all the music I wanted, including one piece I had especially written just for me. The quartet played beautifully before and during the ceremony and then during the wedding breakfast. I would recommend them to anyone considering this most special addition to their wedding plans. Fabulous."

"Abbie was fantastic at my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebrations, she had the audience mesmerised and dancing away, from 2-year-olds to 85-year-olds! Can’t imagine any future functions without Abbie!"

"EM Strings were absolutely amazing and provided the most beautiful live music for our summer garden party this August. Each member of the ensemble was so talented and also so lovely to interact with. They have such an extensive repertoire of songs that we were treated to, hit after hit. We would highly recommend them and will 100% be booking them for our future events. "

"Dear all A quick note to say thank you so much for coming across to Ludlow for our concert yesterday . It was brilliant to hear Kubla Khan with added instrumental colour of the string quartet with percussion and I felt that we gave an exciting performance of this. The choir really appreciated the instrumental support in the other pieces too. We very much enjoyed the Dunachie quartet movements - many thanks to Anne, Jane, Helen and Hilary for putting those together. It was a pleasure to work with you all.
